Everything was great! Only negative was that our room never got cleaned or restocked and we were there Thursday through Sunday. The front desk, however, was helpful and got us what we needed.

The water was shut off for about one hour and we were not told anything about it. We had to use our bottled water to rinse out the shampoo in our hair. That was a huge disappointment. We were getting ready for a concert and had zero warning until we asked

My son left his wallet on the TV stand of the room. Staff kept delaying until room was cleaned and housekeeper moved on. He had alot of money in his wallet along with other sensitive items. Very disappointed in the hotel staff

Location was great. Breakfast was good but the food wasn't stocked. We had to wait for new food to be put out. But there were only 2 workers and a lot of guests. My husband was put off by loud rap music blaring from kitchen. Our room was not clean. Food in the refrigerator, floor not vacuumed (there were pills on the floor of the bedroom) and the beds were made but we didn't feel that they had new sheets. So I got a vacuum from front desk and vacuumed it myself. We remade beds and threw out the food in the fridge. Not what I wanted to do after driving 5 hours. Front desk offered to put us in 2 rooms but my kids met us here from other states and we wanted to be together - so we decided to clean it and stay where we selected originally. Front desk took off $100 - but seriously was shocked it wasn't at least 50% off. It was a lot of money to stay there for my family and it was gross.

We were moved to an adjacent hotel that was dirty and not updated at all & smelled bad.

Pool heater out and I brought grandkids to swim. Bedding smelly. Overall needs updated rooms. Main lobby looked good. Not cleanest for the brand.
