Radisson Hotel Cedar Rapids

I ended up leaving the next day, instead of staying the duration anticipated.

The renovation is not complete and there were many items missing from our room. There will be additional improvements but the property is inconsistent at this time. We moved rooms as a result of some issues with the room and neighbors. The front desk was able to help us with needs. Just needs to have someone inspecting rooms for missing items and getting telephones in the rooms.

Staff was nice parking was easy First room was Dirty so moved us to a better room witch was nice

Hate to say it, but it's American construction at its finest! Put in the cheapest crap you can find and raise the rent to cover repairing the new broken junk! Well done Radisson!! You're worthless!!

They are under construction but very nice and helpful

I would wait until the renovations are complete before trying to stay here. They are short staffed. They don’t clean your room without a request and even with a request, only one of three days.

The room was redone and was very clean and nice. The hotel staff were all very kind. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was super quiet even though we were right off of the elevator. I believe the stay was worth the time and money. I would stay here, again, especially when the renovations are done!

Property is under remodel, but it was not bothersome to the stay. Breakfast was great, Front desk was great. Family loved the glass elevators!! Cleanliness of room was great, I have a very picky child when it comes to hotel rooms, she was very pleased (that in its self is worth 10 stars!)

The hotel is undergoing some renovations. It looks like they have started with the top floors and are working their way down. We were in a newly renovated room. It was clean, new and well designed. The breakfast was a little lacking. They had coffee but the cups didn't have a sleeve so it became really hot and I had to put it in a plastic cup for juice just so I could hold it (the coffee wasn't that good either). Overall it was sufficient and I would stay here again, just go somewhere else for coffee.

Above average facilities with remodeling going on. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff.

The hotel was close to lots of local places and easy access to the highway. The inside of the building was so unique and grand looking.

For being on a newly renovated floor our sink outside the bathroom did not work. The shower drain did not work, we had to put something under it so it would drain when we showered. Not enough outlets. When you have 4 people in a room with phones, watches etc to charge. Seems like it was a superficial upgrage with no thought or checking before rooms were rented.

Clean and friendly staff!

My room was dirty, half eaten food in fridge, coffee pot table sugar all over, handle fell off shower, shower had hair and white gunk on floor of shower, bag of trash under sink, no trash can in bathroom, fridge was off, floor needed vaccumed. Staff took me to another room to upgrade, to-stay in and it was dirty as well 622 and 633. Kids were hanging off balcony and elevator races no supervision. Hot tub full of little kids as moms were drinking heavily in pool area. 1 desk staff to manage, the whole lobby was full. Breakfast signs and website say 6-1030 it didn’t start til 7. Couldn’t get into pool til after 9 walk through lobby bottles and towels lay @5am pool area was utterly destroyed at @5 am. Argumentative staff when shown pictures of hotel room even though maint and front desk showed pictures and passed down notes. Staff was rude, got a drink at bar and pop and water and didn’t get pop or water. Food was burnt and all we got was apps. This was my 1st stay at this hotel.

Parking was fine. Hotel had some renovations going on.
