Location ok. Staff ok. Room was nonsmoking but reeked of smoke. Carpet filthy. Pillows very small and bad condition. Outlet plugs not working. Towels did not absorb water well.

The management was very friendly. The rates were extremely exorbitant for what the quality of the property had. The breakfast was absolutely terrible dried fried egg, one day and gravy and biscuits the next day. Of course they had cereal and sometime an apple. The cleaning of the rooms were adequate, but not exceptional. One thing to be very cautious of is the property is two stories and has no elevator. Outside lighting is somewhat poor as some of the lights are burned out. Rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis if you stay there More than a few days. The rate they charge me for my dog was $40 a night. I called other hotels in the area and most of them charged $20 a night if they allow dogs at all.

Room smell like smoke. Ghetto smells like marijuana in the halls and cops show up a bit. Room never got cleaned and never put toilet paper in bathroom

The price was good. The room key would not open the door and I had return to the front desk to get it rekeyed. The sink in the room was dripping water which i told them about on check out. They charge an additional $50.00 deposit on check in and tell yo it is refundable on check out, which is ridiculous for someone staying one night. The bed was comfortable but they should invest in new pillows. The shower needs to be re-done. When you take a shower it makes noise when you are in it like it can’t bear the weight of a person. Coul use new carpet in the room.

Rooms look very old and house cleaning sucks. Rooms smells like smoke. Staff are friendly and the location of hotel is around a lot of stores. Also got shocked from cut cord and table lamp.

Pulling up to the motel as well as the office area but then you go into the rest of the motel. Going upstairs to the room, they put old air conditioners sitting beside the wall with all the guts hanging out, there's mold in the air conditioner in the room, on the shower curtain, the shower curtain isn't long enough to keep the water from going out of the tub and the doorways are rooted. And worst of all , it appears to be a small camera attached to the TV. Find somewhere else to stay, not worth the money I spent.

Very close to many restaurants and the bowling alley. Very comfy bed :)

The surrounding area outside the motel in addition to the property's parking lots and landscaped areas were extremely unkempt with feces from pets, trash, broken glass, etc. Looks uncared for in addition detracting from the motels visual appeal. Does not leave a guest with a positive impression of management or the property's maintenance crew, that is if there is any onsite.

Staff was fine . We were quoted 86 dollars.for stay get there we are adding 50 dollar deposit on card that is on file.Then went up to room dropped bag off,went to store got snacks come back and couldnt get in room. Went down to front to get key redone was treated like i was lieing redine and went back up and still took 8 tries to get in. The BIG PROBLEM WAS NO HEAT THE ROOM NEVER GOT ABOVE 60 DEGREES AND IT WAS NEGATIVE 15 DEGREES OUT. I got I will look into it.

They don't have any breakfast,and if they did it would probably be nasty also Nasty drug infested crack motel.

Did like anything it that location. From the front desk staff to the morning management team very unprofessional and ugly Will never stay at roadway again. The was hot and uncomfortable i paid for a king an was placed in a double an wasn't told at all. Open the door an there two beds not one king bed. An called the front an asked about it he said that they didn't have any king bed also why didn't you say that at check in. Very unprofessional asked for another room because the ac wasn't working he refused and refused any type of refund as well

Friendly & helpful staff. Burn holes in bedding and bathroom from cigarettes, mold in bathroom tub, holes in curtains from buckshot, and horrible smell everywhere. Had to wash everything upon returning home because it all smelled so bad.
