The only downside is the parking. The parking lot is too small and the parking spots are too small.

There is black mold in the shower as well as the pink build up residue moldy stuff along where the caulking is. The hallways were stuffy like theres no air circulation or something but the breakfast bar was cool kitchen staff was on it!

Second time in a row that I paid extra to book a KING suite, and was offered a queen suite. The first time, the property was gracious enough to cancel the reservation so we could get proper accommodations elsewhere. This second time we arrived at 2:30 AM. We had to deal with the under delivery of room accommodations. The coffee was cold, and the gravy for the biscuits was never warmed up.

Place was a mess. They say they’re under construction but we did not see any work being done the entire week we were there! Very old amenities. Housekeeping missed our room 2 times in 1 week. 3 times housekeeping left cleaning equipment in our room. Furniture is from the 90’s. Very poor hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. However, this property is pretty runned down. As soon as you walk in, you get a scent of an old building. The carpet, the walls, the shower were in poor condition.

Everyone tried hard but took 2 days to get the lock working on my door then maintenance left a screwdriver on my floor that I stepped on when I entered and a large knife that was part of the silverware provided and didn’t clean up. There were wood pieces and dirt all over the floor. House keeping only came 2 times while I was there. Tiny kitchen trash can. There were only 3 hangers when I arrived and no pots and pans. Had to ask for everything. The laundry was gross!! There was no laundry basket in my room. Very long walk by elevated ramp to elevator. They said the hotel was being renovated but no work was going on for the 7 days I stayed there. Carpets were torn, worn and dirty. High price for all of that I had to put up with. I asked for a receipt and never got one. Unless this is updated and better management I won’t be staying here again.
