The beds were very comfortable. The check in staff. She was so RUDE! Not just to me, and my group. She was awful to the gentleman in front of us in line. For the man in front of us, he was there for a true extended stay. he was just trying to pay for the upcoming week. She literally said to him "I don't know what you want from me" all he said is "I would like to pay" he was patient with her even though she was being disrespectful to him. Luckily we were just there for one night. The room was so gross. smelled like cigarette smoke. floors were dirty, and the shower was so gross. like they didn't wipe it down at all. Basically, if we had a better check in experience I would have over looked the rest of the stuff. But the front desk lady (I know her name i just don't want to put her on blast, if you would like the name please reach out to me) hating her job made the experience a 1 out of 10. Like I understand its not the easiest of jobs, and I don't know what is going on in her personal life, but she's there to help people and to my group it seemed like we were an incontinence just because we were trying to check in.

Clean room, friendly staff, easy access to Dulles Intl Airport

The guy at the front desk was very nice. Khalil I believe was his name I just felt generally uncomfortable, which is not normal for me. I couldn't sleep due to a loud environment at 545am. Then couldn't go back to sleep from feeling like i needed to just get out of there.

The towels and wash rags were not clean. (Hair on the towels and stains on the washcloths. The tub was also dirty.

Exceptional

Had to get transferred to a room with full beds which was disappointing and the shower did look the greatest due to waterspots developing into stained/molded areas

Location was good. The bathroom was dirty and the “free breakfast” was granola bars.

Staff was friendly, water in shower never got hot, warm at best. Sink in bathroom very lose, good amount of towels. Breakfast grab and go…thought it would be a better breakfast. Some type of bugs around window and I told a person at the front desk and he couldn’t find bug spray but found window cleaner and sprayed and wiped around a little and killed a few. No ice machine. I was on the first floor and heard outside noise and the fridge was kinda loud. Thankfully I was still able to sleep. Won’t stay in an extended stay hotel again.

The staff were very kind and welcoming however, unfortunately, the hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana from the moment you walked into the elevator then onto the hallways. The room also had an odd smell to it, like it was humid, and the bathroom showerhead kept leaking the whole night even with the valve shut off. Countertops of the bathroom and kitchen weren’t clean either they were all sticky and stained with some brownish residue. There was also a lot of commotion throughout the day and fighting in one of the rooms nearby. It’s funny considering I was told my room was upgraded since the type I had originally booked was no longer available - it did not feel like much of an upgrade at all and I wonder what the standard room is like if this is an upgrade. Unfortunately the stay was not welcoming or safe and I won’t return, even though it is in a nice area, both the price and the aforementioned factors do not make it worth it.

Our room was clean and staff were friendly. Our bed was comfortable.

The staff was nice and respectful. The parking space was adequate. The hotel has outdated appliances that make loud noises, especially the refrigerator at night. The fridge was so loud that I thought there was construction going on nearby. The towels provided were ripped and torn. The breakfast was very limited, consisting of only a few energy bars, muffins, and coffee.

Staff was nice. They were a little confused with adding nights and knowing the difference between rooms all booked and system screwing people over. Floors were really dirty. My new white socks were black within 5 minutes. Would be nice if they had smart tv’s so people could stream whatever they want to sign into. And the main thing is I booked 2 nights and told them I wasn’t sure when I was leaving that I will probably need another night or two and they said not a problem. But then Thursday when I was suppose to extend it or check out I was told “sorry nothing I can do,the system updates itself and will only let you extend your stay if you book At least 4 more nights”. Company’s like this don’t care about screwing people over and it’s gross. I was there because of a family member being diagnosed with cancer and had my dog with me that had surgery a few days ago so he needs to rest and not move around. So instead of simply adding 2 more nights(which still equaled 4nights) I had to pack up and be out for 11 and sit outside with my dog and bags for 4-5 hours, find another hotel that wasn’t far away and took dogs then uber to new hotel with 3 bags and a 110lb dog. All while it was windy and rainy outside because we had no where else to go until after 3pm check-in.

The entire facility needs an upgrade / update. The lobby is dull. The needs to be some furniture for use while waiting. There was some trash in the elevator and hallway. Lisa at the frontdesk was helpful and accomodatng. Old, dated and general appearance of the lobby, hallways and rooms.
