Property was stain free on carpeting and walls. No odors anywhere… in that regard it was well kept. Pricing was very reasonable. It was very hit/ miss…

While there are signs about furniture being upgraded the conditions inside are run down. Paint pealing off walls and cabinets, shower rod hanging off wall. But worst part of the stay is a completely unacceptable lumpy springing mattress with zero support or comfort. I would have rathered sleep in my car. “Hot” water was lukewarm warm at best. A very underwhelming experience. Will not be returning.

The hotel needs a lot of maintenance, from the seemingly janky entryway to partial repairs all over. The rust stains and mildew in my shower, particularly around the old fixtures, did not make me feel like I would get clean in the shower. Thankfully, I was there for less than 10 hours. I know you get what you pay for, and around DC is appallingly expensive for some things, but this hotel seemed exceedingly rough.

Nice hotel, good location for good, shopping. Very nice hosts.
-
Breakfast was very minimal, just muffins and oatmeal. The bathroom door was broken such that you couldn’t open it from the inside. So if you traveled by yourself you would get stuck in the bathroom.

Nice place run by nice folks.

Anything except location from Dallas airport Everything bad first of all, I get bad agent on the account Second, you give me so bad Smelling really, really, really bad we can’t even stay. We need to keep the door open. My kids, My Wife almost throw up about the bad smelling the material so old but they have two ladies friendly except the guy over there. He’s so bad guy customer service zero star for the guy. But honestly, they have two ladies they are good customer service

The larger kitchen than most motels was nice. Our room was clean and it was a nice place to stay for the price.

Overall the stay was ok. Has been updated a little bit but still needs some work. Hallway had a leak that was dripping down to the carpet and no caution sign was listed. Sofa need to be cleaned, but the rest of the room was cleaned. I ok stay if you are staying one night.

They cancelled my reservation because they did not have hot water and they said the had spoken to Expedia and Expedia never told us anything nor have they processed my refund . They made us pay for another reservation because we had nowhere to go so we had no choice being that it was late and I had my kids. The Expedia staff over the phone was also terrible they did not relocate my reservation because apparently it did not qualify to be relocated. Terrible service and the lady over the phone didn’t care . Never again.

After seeing there for three weeks, I went up to the front desk to extend my stay. (I’m working over at Dillard) I was told they have a 21 day max stay policy and I would have to leave. Hot water was out for three days and the front desk clerk is unhelpful & Mean

I could not believe there was no ice anywhere in the hotel! The halls smelled so strong of weed it was nauseating. Our commode seat was not connected so it tried to fall off every time you sit on it. I killed several spiders in our room, the beds were horribly uncomfortable and it is completely false advertising to say you have breakfast when it is nothing but coffee and cereal bars.

Bathroom door doesn’t close. Blankets feel itchy and dry. Random stains on the wall

5-21-26 . It’s a bare bones hotel. No pots pans kitchen utensils there is a dishwasher. The mattress is like sleeping on a board with a sheet. Over it
-
No water in room, no bottled water in vending machine. Had to go out to buy water.
-
The property has definitely seen better times in terms of things like the cabinets being damaged, the drains in the sinks, not having stoppers, but it was clean
