Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good.

Check in took a little while. It was not a very quick process. The elevator took a long time and was hot inside it. There was trash in the hallway on the floor. Mold and mildew around the bathtub. Room size and set up was nice though. Wouldn’t recommend staying there.

I cannot recommend this hotel. Ahowe drained slowly, no coffee maker in room, 24 hour fitness room not usable until 8am because there is a guest room next to it. But worst of all the back door to the hotel could not latch or lock, leaving the room halls open to anyone who wanders in. Another guest review cited this 26 days ago yet it had not been fixed

Functional, clean and value priced for an overnight stay

Our room was very nice, clean and cozy and we got some really good rest there. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Parking was also very convenient.

Check in was easy, room was clean, pool was great and breakfast was a highlight. I would stay here again.

The key for the room would not unlock the side door for the week. The front desk was aware but no one came to fix the problem.

Location, Price, rooms were clean and so was pool. Service desk attendants... SOME could have been more pleasant. One even came across as rude. Check in person was on great. So just depends on who you get. No air in elevator or second floor hallway. Second floor hallway smells a little musky. We were done in plenty of time, but lady started taking up condiments off tables at 9 am when breakfast is served until 9:30. I could see others rushing through line because of it. The MOST uncomfortable bed and pillows I have ever slept on!

Very nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was good and really enjoyed the 24 hr coffee in the lobby.

The biggest issue was ! There was no AC in the elevator or hallways. It was 87 degrees outside . There were a few dark hairs on the bathroom floor . But the staff was great guy at the front desk & the lady at the morning buffet was so very nice . Food was good & lots of choices.

It was a good stay. About 15min drive to Folley Beach and Sullivans Island

Vending machines consisted of coke and club soda. No food or other drink options.

Very clean staff was friendly. The bed were very comfortable. I enjoy my one night. Stay definitely will stay again.

Found the room to be clean, the pool area well maintained, and the dining area common area kept clean. Would suggest if anyone is staying only tonight to have some sort of signage, letting them know that the dirty towels are not taken from the room and fresh towels replaced. The front staff was not always available in the mornings and did not see a way to alert anyone that assistance was needed. My biggest disappointment and I did speak to the manager was on the second evening. I wanted to print my Southwest Airlines boarding pass. Both computers in the common area did not allow access to the site, the gentleman that was working that evening did not know how to access the Internet site. Additionally, he did not offer to allow access to from his computer. And the most disappointing part was he did not appear to want to help other than instruct me to just go to the airport and print my pass there. Even a suggestion to let the am shift know would have been helpful so that in the morning someone could have assisted me would have been an option.

Very clean, staff so nice and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! I did not expect that quality of breakfast. Only negative is the facility is at 20 minutes from downtown. Not that big of a deal but something to consider
