Hotel was great. You can tell allot of thoughts went into it. Loved the layout of bedroom and bathroom was so nice. This hotel is the closest to the amphitheater. Only couple of minutes walk. Lots of choices of food walking distance from hotel. This area of Charlotte is much better than other areas I have been to there. Very safe and clean area .

I stay here whenever I travel to Charlotte because of its proximity to my appointments and restaurants. The rooms are fairly large, comfortable and clean with comfy beds and work spaces.

Our room was good and the staff was great. Unfortunately, there was a hockey tournament on the weekend we stayed and a lot of pre-teens running around and door knocking and being kids. Note to self, call hotel first and ask before booking.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The housekeeping team did an exceptional job every single day. The room was always spotless, fresh, and very well organized. You could really tell they paid attention to every detail, and it made the stay feel so comfortable and relaxing. I truly appreciated how clean and welcoming everything was throughout my visit. Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and quick to respond to any concerns. I did not partake in breakfast but I didnt see any available when I checked out at 7am. Parking was surprisingly ok even with construction in the lot. I'd definitely stay again.
