Staff and clean room

Room could’ve been a bit cleaner.. everything else was great would stay again

Good experience! My family particularly liked that there was free shuttle service to local mall and restaurants as well as to and from the airport. The only drawback was I reserved a room with the tub reiterated this at check-in that clerk confirmed there was a tub in the room however there was not.

We stayed overnight for connecting flight the room was clean and extremely spacious. The staff were friendly. They served breakfast however we had an early flight and didn’t have the chance to try it.

As Expected Staff was helpful and it was in a good area and near the panthers stadium as well !

Breakfast buffet is $28/person or you can buy other breakfast items à la carte. Hotel is clean, amenities are great. Parking is free with your hotel key card. There’s a $50/night hold out on your card for incidentals.

To top it off we got in the room and did our usual inspection. You could tell the floor had not been cleaned for a while, old plantain chips bag sitting in the couch (we left in the couch and didn’t use the couch), stained walls, and sink with dirt sitting in it. Because we didn’t want to deal with that staff, we decided to clean where we could or the areas we would use, and left everything as they were. Upon our departure there was a different face at the desk so we explained it to her. This was my first ever bad experience at a Hilton.

Great customer service by staff, VERY clean facility, smooth & fast check in process, delicious breakfast buffet, convenient location to many places. Only downside of the stay were the TVs. Bedroom TV had no network connection and sitting room TV would not even turn on at all. Despite those issues stay was great!

Property is beautiful and the restaurant serves delicious meals. Rooms were spacious and clean.

My only bad review is the WiFi wasn’t working even with the “code” they gave me.

They need to provide a breakfast for people rather than paying $29 for buffet. Too

Parking was a bit confusing and spaces were rather tight- on the flipside the parking was convenuent
