Hotel was still incomplete, so the smell of dirt and construction could be smelled on the 3rd floor.

The Location I didn't sleep or bathe, extremely careless, there was no soap, towels, toilet paper or coffee, I understand it's being remodeled, but it's not fair to treat you like this. I took a picture of the towel they gave me. The mop in my house is cleaner than the towel. I'm sorry.

Great location and comfortable stay!

The front desk agent was helpful and friendly. No towels, soap, WiFi, one pillow per bed. Only had a sheet to sleep under the rooms smelled awful. Like heavy smoke and dog had to ask to switch another room. The entire hotel was ran down didn’t look like the pictures at all. My tv to one of my rooms didn’t work. I was told someone would come check it out. I went to front desk twice and nobody ever came. No trash cans in room. Just overall a very terrible experience.

Never check in, was told that they had no soap, no WiFi and the rooms were not very clean !! They said that they were under remodeling !!! I called and advise to booking for a complaint !!!! Nothing !!!

Property was renovating that time & sold to Hilton group what I learned that time . My question is if it’s working area how booking.com allowing to book this property . The location. I've stayed here previous times and I never encountered what I did this LAST time. Had to almost beg for toilet paper & towels. No smoking signs everywhere but when you walked through the initial doors it stunk of stale pot. No remotes for the TVs No WiFi No ICE MACHINES

The entire experience was horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Location. Jennifer at the front desk was wonderful! She's the best and the only great thing about the experience. Everything. This place should be knocked down or at least gutted down to the studs. Sketchy, everything unclean, no towels, no blankets. NO SOLO TRAVELERS PLEASE.

This the area their were no towels or rags in the and remote didn't the housekeepers didn't understand nothing and I kept having to go downstairs this for them to open my door

Both of the front desk ladies, I didn't get bit by bed bugs My TV didn't work and no one came to fix it, carpets were dirty throughout the hotel, the place is falling apart, trash was every where, all night ppl were loud in the halfway, they handed you a floor towel a towel a tiny bar of soap and a role of toilet paper at check in, one pillow on each bed and no blanket or cover just the sheets that were stained and nasty. They have the nerve to require a $100 deposit at check in . It is the second worst place I've ever been.

The price There wasn't any towels had to buy my own glad I did carpets extremely dirty dog urine in the elevator people loud and arguing
