The rooms were very clean and comfortable

The hotel was not well lit, it had a very musty or stale odor throughout and it was very old and outdated. The TV did not work or the WiFi the parking was awful there was not enough parking for the hotel guests staying there. The parking lot is also not well lit and a they park a Hotel Shuttle van in one of the hotels few handicap spaces.

The staff was accommodating and let us check in an hour early. At no fault of the hotel it was not in the best area around the airport. Our room was clean and everything in it worked as it should.

Everything was EXCELLENT except we were in Room 201 and the internet was terrible. We figured maybe the signal didn't reach there since we had no trouble in the breakfast room.

Staff was excellent. They gave a ride CLT at 5am . Complimentary of the hotel. I told them I needed a ride . They set me right up. Told me what time to be ready . The rest is good history.

Quite surprised and disappointed in the "quality" of this hotel, based on Expedia's representation. It is VERY outdated (even with broken and badly stained furniture) and seems under-staffed. The employees WERE def all kind and helpful but, seem to lack mgmt support. The hot breakfast is better than nothing but, not much. I certainly did not expect a luxury hotel at the price but, this really was a bad choice. I hope the company will invest a bit more attention to this property and staff.

Bathroom shower area was just nasty, old caulking , dingy tiles etc .

Only a 6 minute drive from the airport, the location was convenient. The two ladies at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, efficient, and professional. They set the tone for the stay. The room was a little outdated, but the bed was comfortable and overall clean. The breakfast was carb heavy and not well stocked. Check out was a breeze and another friendly face at the desk. I would stay here again.

Staff was very helpful. Room was nice and clean. Instead of having a body wash, shampoo and a conditioner in the shower, they had a conditioner and two shampoos. The TV channels were very limited and did not have my hockey game I was trying to watch. Didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast.

I like everything except the furniture in the reception is a bit old

The rooms are out dated the couch was dirty with spills spots and frayed material, the TV was hard to operate there was know instruction card to ell you how to operate TV and the whole time I was there I tried on several occasions to call front desk and phone was always busy(like phone was off the hook)

The staff was friendly. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with a few hot bar options. The shuttle driver was very friendly and upbeat. We will stay again.

Latasha at the front desk was excellent and very friendly. Scheduled our pick up to the airport and made food recommendations.
