Great location. Parking is limited yet they charge you nightly for it despite no guaranteed parking spot. Overall good experience.

Overall the hotel was very clean. The little attached Restaurant and Bar didn't seem to have a regular schedule. It only served breakfast food and appetizers. The pool looked like it could use a good scrubbing.
-
The staff was accommodating, the rooms were simple and pleasant with a nod towards mid-century modern. My kids loved the pool, which was clean and warm. The bar offered several house drinks like lemon sangria. If I’m in Chattanooga I’d absolutely stay here again.

Very clean room. Good amenities and very efficient and friendly staff. The location is ideal.

The hotel is in a great location in a nice area of downtown. The beds were comfortable although a heavier blanket would have made it better. The staff were awesome and helpful. The pool was amazing and refreshing as it is outdoors and close to the bar area. The bar had great drinks and the bar tender was very good!

Loved it, my toddler loved it. Staff was helpful and recommended things to do. Definitely was a great last minute book and was not disappointed. Family of 4.

No complaints. The hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to many restaurants, bars and activities. Perfect location to UTC for the parents. Will be back soon!!
-
The staff was nice, accommodating in every way. But.... The establishment was very run down, dated, and I honestly did not feel safe there.
-
Perfect place off the freeway to crash for the night. Parking onsite is an additional $12. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the room next to me smoked on the balcony and the smell came in through the AC. Otherwise everything was good!
-
There wasn’t much of a breakfast but they did what they could.
-
Location The pool wasn’t available. The bathroom faucet leaked. The TV stopped working. There was glass in the parking lot. I reported it, but no one cleaned it up. The bar and grill didn’t open according to the posted hours.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the first phone call all the way until checkout. Our two cats were very comfortable the whole weekend, making our anniversary so much sweeter getting to celebrate with them. The room is set up well with a lovely vintage aesthetic without the old appliances, mattresses or smell. Great value and only a 20 minute walk from the Tennessee Aquarium and most local restaurants, Smile Thai is great here. Only about a 10 minute drive from the lookout mountain incline railway, and most Chattanooga hot-spots are within 20 minutes. For the price, this little hotel was a steal. Parking is tight on busy nights, staff will help you find a good spot.

The staff was very great, very friendly, and had great customer service. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower. The location was Great right by the interstate close to everything. The pool didn't seem clean and smelled of almost a sewer smell, the water was almost like a grey color. Didn't smell of any chlorine that said it was clean. Also no microwaves in the room and coffee machine you use a paper cup to brew your coffee from a small pod machine so it's not really hot so it doesn't last hot. If you had a real pot or microwave could warm it, there is a microwave all the way down in the lobby if you aren't on the third floor, to have lug your food to warm it by the time you get back it's cold. Also frig was not real cold. And the air conditioner fan didnt blow real hard on high. The door had a gap down the right side and stuck out a little so rain could get in. Also could hear every sound of any one going down the walkway to rooms. And in the mornings every housekeeping cart rolled up and down you could hear. So not sound proof and you hear every siren and motorcycle all night. Also don't think you should have to pay $12 a day for parking when you are parked on the hotel property, could see if you had to park in a parking garage or off site!! Never had to do this before. Also I know it would be asking ALOT but when someone is booking with you it would be nice to know if the hotel is full of baseball kids before you book as a courtesy.

Great location. The hotel is an old-school style hotel that is well maintained. The rooms are basic, but clean. I did not use the pool area. The bar area is a nice touch for the evenings. They are going for a retro vibe, and do a good job pulling it off. It will remind you of the hotels/motels of the 1970’s/80’s because that is what it is. A great no-frills, clean, affordable option with a convenient downtown location. The staff was friendly and helpful to me. I would stay there again.

It's definitely a nice hotel to just chill and enjoy the area without breaking the bank
