Very cool restaurant on the roof top. And the speak easy in the old vault is very nice.

My family and I stayed overnight on our way home from our Disney vacation. Awesome hotel! Clean, very comfortable, great amenities, delicious food/drinks, and very kind/helpful staff. Wish we lived closer, so we could stay at the property more often.

Very nice and in a great location! The price. Note sure if it was raised because of the Ironman event or normally that expensive!

Check out Iris on the roof. Very nice.

The bedroom was okay but the original office floors have been retained from pre-renovation consequently the bedroom floors look and feel dirty. In addition, the floor of the first room I was assigned had not been vacuumed and there were wrappers on the floor in the corner of the room. The bed cover was tattered. Overall, the rooms don't look as clean and well cared for as you would expect from a relatively new hotel. The rooftop bar was a better experience. I enjoyed an evening meal there overlooking Chattanooga. The food was good and the server was friendly and helpful. The main strength of the hotel is its location. It is very central and within walking distance of many of the main attractions, cafes and restaurants. If the room quality was better, I might consider staying here again, but overall, given all the inconvenience they caused me with incorrect charges, I doubt I will visit again.

The room was very nice. It was clean and smelled fresh. The historic hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and responded quickly to our request for extra pillows. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance as well as a museum and aquarium.

Beautiful building and rooms. I usually sleep poorly in hotels, but the bed was very comfortable and rooms were cool enough, so I slept very well.

No parking so you are almost forced to use valet parking. We were told to allow 15 to 30 minutes when requesting your vehicle. The first morning it took 55 minutes. The second day was better. Didn’t like the in room coffee/coffee maker. Was charged at check-in an extra $50 and I have no clue what it was for. Our room did not receive maid service, clean towels and wash cloths the third day.

Great location and great staff. Very clean. A bit noisy with street traffic.

Location was great The day we checked out it took an hour and a half to get our car. The valet service only had two people working and the parking deck is down the street a couple of minutes jog. They would not let us just go get our own car. So we waited and waited. The lobby was full of about 30 people waiting on their cars. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. The people in the hotel check in acted as though they could care less. So this reason is why I will not stay there on our next trip even though its a nice hotel

Nice faculty; top floor lounge was good French frie order was too big; cauliflower salad would have been better hot, not cold
-
Cute little boutique hotel with a cool rooftop deck.

Really loved this place except. Our booking changed last min and we had different room. And was totally excited about iris but we sat over an hour no food. And got called for a reservation over 2 hours after the fact. It was a celebration but we ate down the road.
