Disgusting rooms and cockroaches! Avoid at all costs! While the reception area looks good and the breakfast was actually decent, the rooms themselves are absolutely filthy. The floors were completely uncleaned and incredibly sticky

Stay was ok great staff

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Pleasantly surprised with how big the rooms were. Had 2 rooms and one had a tear in the couch and the other room had paint peeling on the bathroom ceiling, small amount of mold above shower and the rails in the shower door needed cleaned.

Called the day before check-in to see if I could check-in early as plans had shifted. Was told on the phone that I could check-in early and that it would just be a $50 fee to do so. Staff failed to mention during the same phone call that it wouldn't be possible due to rooms being sold out. Staff memeber that was at the desk when I arrived tried her best to accommodate for her co-workers mess up, but ultimately couldn't and supposedly put a note to try to rectify the situation. Nothing was done. I got a 1 bedroom suite and only the bedroom was actually cool. The rest of the suite was not cool and humid. Mold was growing in the shower crevices. There were stains on the couch and still some trash left on the bedroom closet shelf. Lots of marks on the walls from furniture or other things being shifted around. Outlet in the bathroom did not work and other outlets were not flush against wall. Finally, there was an overpowering smell from fragrances being sprayed to make you feel as if the room was actually clean, though it was not because our socks and feet were black from walking around the room.

The room looks like wasn't cleaned properly. There was hair on the bathroom floor, and dust as well. There was also hair on the walls of the bathtub. The room's AC didn't work well either; the room never got cool. The living room area had a sofa bed, and the air didn't reach that area. I called the front desk, and they said the air was coming from a fan on the wall. Anyway, the room never got cool.

Enjoyed the stay and they have great amenities

When we checked in, the room was filthy. When I received an email asking how the room was, I responded about how bad it was. Nothing was done. The next day, we were happy to see the cleaning staff in our hallway before we left to go out. However, when we returned for the night the room had not been cleaned again. We went to the front desk but they said they couldn't clean it until the next day because the cleaning staff had left for the day. It was about 3:00pm and we were leaving the next day. I have pictures, but do not see anywhere to download them.

In cleaning they need to clean better their floors they were too dirty and sticky ... everything else excellent

Not a place I would stay for long periods, pool has way too much chlorine, and the pond in the front makes you feel bad for the fish. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was okay. I’d stay again if needed.

Do not go here unless you want to be scammed. The room was not cleaned at all, lots of visible mold in the room/bathroom, dark/white stains all on the furniture, appliances barely functionings, 1/2 ac working in the room. Multiple Flying large roaches inside of the room coming from the furniture inside the room, the vents, and from the hotel hallway under the room door we were staying in. Extreme mold/wet smell from the moment you walk in through the front hotel sliding glass door throughout the whole hotel. Huge hole in the ceiling by the stairwell on the third floor, around the size of half a sedan car. Roaches coming out of the hole in the ceiling by the stairwell. We had to flee mid trip because roaches were attacking us in the room. The bed sheets were dirty with visible stains and no case cover the comforter. The floors extremely sticky. The room we stayed in was not clean at all before we checked in. I question if they this hotel has the correct staff to room ratio to ensure these rooms are getting cleaned. Managers were not in on the weekend/on vacation so couldn’t help us. Hotel staff is having multiple issues with multiple guests with the same if not similar issues and left empty handed because they have no real management which is absurd. The whole hotel is a walking hazard. Unhygienic, unsafe, and inhabitable. A one star is way to high for this property, If I could put 0 I would. $300 for 2 nights for a hotel that has worse quality than a run down motel.

The room and facilities were clean. The morning breakfast service and options were great as well. They have a nice open sitting area for many to enjoy at the same time. The room layout was really nice. We were a little disappointed that the pool area was so humid and overwhelmingly hot that we could not even use the pool. Our room was also on the 3rd floor and our air didn't work well. They offered a fan, but it didn't work either. The next option was a larger industrial fan and we said no thinking it would keep us all up being a loud racket instead. We would stay again. It was clean and we are picky on cleanliness.

Good, clean, staff was friendly, amenities all in good condition, breakfast was great and large selection. Top notch!

Stayed overnight while traveling. Jay checked me in—he was wonderful and efficient. Had a dog. Lots of places to walk her down the road and at the church next door. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Hotel was clean. Did not eat breakfast bc I had to get on the road. There is a gas station on your way out…..such a great place I’m staying again on my travels home.

The room was very clean very courteous staff & the breakfast was Amazing

The room was dingy. Maybe because I had a pet room? But it seemed it could have been cleaned better. It smelled and the floors didn’t seem clean. The pool water was so cloudy I didn’t feel safe letting the kids swim and the breakfast made us all sick. Usually my experience is better, hopefully it was an off day.

I usually trust that La quinta is clean and that i feel comfortable but this one was run down and a bit dirty. I wont be staying at this location again

It was pricey for the room, but it was a single night.
