It starts with the front desk people, then the rooms and is service is great

I was not feeling very well and I was having a hard time going to the elevator and I must say you’re supervisor housekeeper. I can’t remember her name, but I do know she was a middle-aged African-American woman she went above and beyond her duties I would like to tell you that you have an excellent employee there and I wish I would’ve seen her before I left. I would’ve gave her a minimum $100 tip I cannot remember her name. I wanted to call Corporate and let them know that your employees are excellent especially the supervisor personnel in housekeeping that helped me. Please give her my thanks once again and I will by word-of-mouth pass it on to stay at the Holiday Inn. Great work thank you.

Amazing stay

I only stayed less than 24 hours. But the hotel was beautiful, very clean and pristine. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. The shower had amazing water pressure! I booked for the next time I’ll be in Buffalo in August the same kind of room! For another concert. Thank you!! Wonderful experience!!

Good experience but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would hope and one of the staff walked into our room unannounced. The free shuttle to and from the airport was nice.

Room had an odor to it, the floor was wet and sticky. The breakfast area did not have much food available for guests, the transportation bus to airport was not available when we were there (we booked this hotel specifically for that option). The front desk was not super friendly.
