M Hotel Buffalo

Ok so we stayed for two nights three days. Best thing was the swimming pool area. Beautiful. Lots of trees and was open from 9am to 10pm which was great. Had complimentary breakfast which was good. The room looked nice however, the beds were hard. The bathtub was peeling and the sink leaking. Now we were here for a volleyball clinic so we weren't in the room much. Our overall stay is about a three.

Property is fairly old. Overall ok but decor and every wall has a different patchwork of decor. Best thing is there is a mall near by and restaurant like Olive Garden across the street. Airport shuttle was useful. Came out after rain to have car in the middle of 2-3 inches of water in the low ground area.

It was nice being in the courtyard with easy access to the pool. But there were random swimming trunks laying around.

Nice clean rooms and the room being next to the pool area was a plus. Pool area was nice and big. Friendly staff when we checked in and checked out. I just wished bar and kitchen stayed open later.

The location was prime. The lobby and breakfast area were clean. The bathrooms were very clean. Everyone was polite and respectful. Even some aspect of the room was old (marks on curtains, hole in bathroom door, marks in bathtub, the water pipes noise during showers), the room was very comfortable. The pool was a little bit cold. The smell in the room indicates there was smoking or maybe the carpet was old. These are the only points I think could be improved.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My husband and I stayed here during the 4014 Big Boy train event and specifically chose this hotel because it was located right next to Walden Galleria Mall, where the shuttle buses were picking up passengers. It couldn't have been more convenient! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check in an hour early. We booked through Hotels.com and received a 25% discount, making our one-night stay only $110—a fantastic value for the quality of the hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the entire property was well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast offered a great selection, and the beautiful courtyard and pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of seating. We've stayed in hotels that cost much more and offered far less. This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're visiting the Buffalo area, I highly recommend staying here. The fact that it's pet-friendly is the icing on the cake. As owners of two small dogs, we appreciate having that option and will definitely stay here again in the future. Five stars all the way!

The room was on the first floor. The vanity and tub porcelain was peeled away in large patches and the vanity was pulling away from the wall. The carpet was badly stained. The comforter do thin I thought it was a sheet. I expressed my disappointment and they offered me another room on the same floor a few rooms down. Upon inspection I found it to be in the same condition. I've been staying at this hotel for years and have never had a room in this bad of condition. Super disappointed. On the bright side the pool and breakfast are great.

For such a nice hotel, they really are cheap with the towels! Small and really thin quality. Elevators could use some TLC but they worked fine. I would return if I have a need.

Phone in the room didn't work, wifi was unreliable, ice machines out of order, arcade was out of order, and I had a 3 year old listed on my reservation with a request for a cot which was not in the room when we checked in. We thought it'd be fine because the room was also supposed to have a couch but it didn't, and the front desk said housekeeping was gone for the day so we had to go buy a small air mattress for our child to have a place to sleep. Atleast the room itself was clean (the hallways not so much) and the location was great.

The rooms have little air conditioning. If you get hot easily you can ask for a fan. We had to change rooms. Don't get a room close to the courtyard. Get interior. The tubs can use some updating. The water pressure is little to none in the shower.

The location was great and breakfast was ok but unchanged day after day. The facility was “tired”, especially the bathroom. The shower did not work, the sink faucets leaked and the door and room carpet were worn.
