The wind is consistently blowing in Cheyenne. Unfortunately, my window had a small leak and the noise of the wind blowing through it kept me awake.

Great staff, breakfast was really good, cheese omelet, link and patty sausage, regular waffle iron as well as my favorite (4 small round). The room was cool and very spacious, bed was comfortable, with pillows that might be my favorite to date, very soft. This place will go on our "stay again" list for sure.

The room was pretty clean but the floor in the bathroom was pretty gross. Looks like it hasn’t been mopped in a long time along the walls. The water took forever to get warm but never got hot. There was also a booger filled tissue in the drawer in the bathroom. The staff were very friendly. They did not have a hot tub. My kids liked breakfast though.

Stopped eating it and didnt get sick, The breakfast area was also disgustingly dirty with 3 day old peices of sausage on the floor, trash everywhere, etc. so i am not sure why i had it the first 2 days of the stay. Staff was very nice. The rest of the hotel was clean(ish) but will not be staying here again.

The front desk was great! The hotel needs a major cleaning. We almost asked to move rooms as it was quite dirty and smelly.

Great place to stay, especially if you have pets with you! The suites have a bed (or beds) and a couch, plenty of surfaces to sit and lay on. The bed itself was propped up such that our cats could get under it, so heads up if you have ones that like to hide (we blocked the gaps with blankets but it took several of them to do so). We were on the first floor and our stay was lovely, quiet, and felt very safe.

It was definitely a nice hotel. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs and the breakfast was good as well.

Shower was dirty, sheets had hair on them, floors weren't clean. Our bed had a waterproof mattress pad and sheet, nothing in between so I had to ask for a mattress pad and re-make the bed. This hotel was rated 8.8 'excellent' and I don't think I would co sider it that. The bed was comfortable enough, but could hear the person on the other side of the room making coffee. Unfortunately won't be staying here again.
