No breakfast. No coffee. No ice machine.

It’s a place with a bed would NEVER stay there again

Check in was at 4pm, however most hotels will let u check in an hour or 2 early, but not the rude lady here. Very small TV in room. Old soap bar from previous stay was in the shower

Great place to stay. Great staff, clean rooms

The staff was not very friendly or helpful. They put me in a room across from the employee lounge, and I was woken up several times throughout the night due to talking. Then, I was overcharged by double the amount due. Way more than the 50$ hold. I received no emails or calls, eventhough I called twice asking to speak to the manager. I honestly would never go back.

internet was fine, purchased breakfast at diner

Clean room…bare minimum, if you have two people. You only get one chair!

Nothing. This was a miserable stay. First I was given keys to my rooms that weren't even done being cleaned. I was told I could check in early yet my family still had to sleep in the EMPTY parking lot, apparently because they were 100% full. The parking lot was completely empty. When I prechecked in and prepaid with my fiances debit card, they charged a completely different card associated with my booking account. 1 day into the trip and we discovered 4...yes 4 other charges all for the same amount on both of our debit card accounts sending my entire account negative while draining our vacation fund. They continuously said this was our fault after we brought it to their attention. AFTER we checked out, all those charges suddenly disappeared and the correct charges came back 3 days later. Clearly was not my fault. We were there 4 days. Every single day multiple times a day we had to go to the front desk to have our key cards reactivated. 2 out of the 3 main lamps in the room did not work. We had to hold the windows curtains closed with a large strong hairclip. We had to ask for new towels 3 times before they finally brought us some. I will never stay with this property again.

Check-in was a nightmare; manager was rude; one of the rooms / bed I paid for was not available (2 rooms with king size bed; 1 room with double queens). At check-in there was only 1 king available. The other staff I interacted with were friendly it was just the manager that was rude and arrogant. Would have like to receive the rooms I paid for.

This hotel is right across the street from a busy bar. The two nights we stayed there, two motorcycles decided to rev their engines up and do burnouts at 1:00am. This was right in front of the office and the night staff didn’t do anything or call the police.

The room had some of the best blackout curtains I've ever seen, as well as a pretty heavy door. We certainly felt safe in the room. There was also a good amount of counter space. The beds were pretty comfy as well. It was a decent price, and the staff was incredibly pleasant to work with! I've never checked into a hotel at a diner before, so that was interesting, and I'm impressed with how well they were able to actively run the diner AND a hotel at the same time. The room was not especially clean. Under the bed had old food, and when my kid's toy rolled behind the fridge they found a box for a sex toy, which was not ideal to say the least lmao. It was pretty difficult to actually find our room, which was unfortunately just a motel door leading to the back of the building. That was a teeny bit scary, given it was pretty late when we checked in.

They overbooked the hotel, didn't tell us and we rode in form 15 hour drive with 3 kids. Had to get room with one bed, when booked one with two and had already paid for it. Poor lady at desk, management should be ashamed for leaving her alone. Running hotel and diner. Was horrible experience. Don't recommend ever showing up. Zero stars if could.

It's good for a night or so but the room my husband and I stayed in was nasty.
-
Cheap Messy and staff was less than kind, empty mini liquor bottles and chip bags under our bed when we arrived and when we decided we couldn’t stay another night they refused a refund
