The room was clean, very nice, but the hotel overall appeared a bit run down, however it appeared the hotel was in the process of updating. Pool wasn’t clean. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I had asked for a handicap accessible room. I was told my room was on the second floor and not handicap. Her very brief attempt to locate either a handicap room or one on 1st wasn't impressive. As I've stayed there before, I will not again. I cancelled the room and payment

The location is super convenient for those traveling through Cheyenne. However, our room and its bedding smelled like stale smoke. Also, the carpet in the hall is super dirty and the property does not appear to be well maintained.

Staff were great and the breakfast was very good. There was nothing not to like. They are working very hard on updating all the rooms. It is an older facility in the process of getting a facelift. The beds are comfy.

The room seemed as if it was a rushed clean or just didn’t take time to finalize the cleaning. Table was dirty still had crumbs, old pillow cases were left on one bed and closet still had a dress left in it.

We only stopped over along our trip for a few hours. Check in was extraordinarily fast, which was helpful at the late hour. Breakfast was fast and filling with good options for a stopover. Saved time not needing to get anyone coffee or other food in the morning.
