The hotel was great, the staff was more than great. What wasn't so great was the roofing contractor that backed a fork lift into my car. However the manager of the hotel was very gracious and accomadating for the extra two days we were stranded waiting to get a rental car and then allowing our car to remain on hotel property until it could be picked up by a auto transporter. Special thanks to Lynse Fostmeier and Cassidy!

Huge room, helpful when traveling companions are your grown children. Terri in the morning breakfast area was particularly helpful and cheery!

Clean room and very friendly staff. Traveled with kids and they were disappointed in how small the pool was, and there was not a hot tub as advertised.

Sunday that had min. Items, staff said they ran out of a lot of product due to being busy Breakfast was not a strength of this location vs other hotels we have stayed at in this area. No towels one night at the pool, went up front and the staff said they were all dirty but did go back to get me some towels to get by, next night they had towels at the pool. Staff was friendly for the most part, we stayed 3 nights.

We had a wonderful stay! In addition to the comfortable bed and peaceful room, it was so neat to have a little reading light installed on the headboard! Overall, it was perfect for our family!

Good selections for breakfast. Scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins, bagels and everything to go with all the selections. The roof was being repaired and was worked on till 8pm. We were on the 3rd floor so the hammering was right over our heads. The rooms on the 3rd floor should not have been used as the noise was terrible!

The breakfast included a sausage biscuit and egg dish, both of which were being kept warm in plastic bags. Unhealthy and not good. I hate to complain about a free breakfast but I travel alot and their choices were sub-par.

The hotel is pretty good. I liked everything. The only thing I didn’t like is that it has it says that it has a hot tub and it doesn’t have a hot tub from there and on everything else was good.

Staff, Jace, was her name. She was very rude and not only once but often. As well as we checked in close to 3pm or even after and our rooms were not ready. The hotel itself needs to be updated because the elevator was making some horrible noises and closing at will.
