Everything was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, the room is great, the nicest bathtub I’ve ever seen! The view of the 3 countries is really nice, you can see the elephants from the pool. The food was very good, exceptional breakfast. The experience with the elephants was unbelievable!

Staff team is amazing. Many activities in hotel. Room is clean and impressed with the eco friendly concept. Italian food here is great a bit disappointing in Thai food

Calm location with great view. Super good, delicious breakfast. Luxurious atmosphere in the resort. Very nice pool. Rare experience with the elephants. The facilities are a little bit old, so many sounds / noises from the other rooms could be heard, especially in the night. Another thing is that I was asked the same questions many times before visiting the resort, about the flight information, arrival time and the necessity of transportation, with which I was a little bit disappointed.
