I asked for a quiet room and was put in a dank room under the ballroom. Was like being under a bowling alley with activity past 11 and before 5. The rooms are clean but feel damp. Not surprisingly the hotel is super touristy-not great for a frequent traveler.

Small, tired rooms? Not the end of the world. Soft trickle from the shower in an ancient hotel? Whatever.

Fantastic hotel. Awesome restaurants and bars there. We went to the games room a few times during eve which was great. Close to a lot nearby with of course the Bean across the street. Fantastic large room we lucked out with.

First time staying here in downtown Chicago. Loved the ambiance and vibe of this hotel! Not to mention, the close proximity to the downtown events we wanted to check out!!!
