Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown South Loop

The location was prime for walking and sightseeing. There isnt a free breakfast or bar/ lounge like it reports. There is a small "bar" that was only open during breakfast hours and it was in the breakfast restaurant. Amd valet was full so we had to park in a parking lot. Other than that, it was amazing! Lake view rooms are to die for!

Great location for soldier field concerts

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance of the museum campus and great restaurants. The microwave and refrigerator were so useful for leftovers from the great restaurants.

Great location, staff, amenities. The pool, sauna and general areas were great.

Clean, comfortable hotel with nice city views. Breakfast is not included but other than that the amenities were great.

Upgrade the TV to have apps so we can watch stuff using our own subscription.

The hotel is nicely located near the Roosevelt station, given access to the L trains and lots of buses, regarding the hotel, nothing remarkable really, what you expect of a Hilton Garden Inn, clean rooms, good space. Price is really high for what it offers outside of the location only. Breakfast options in the hotel and nearby are great! Staff is good and very receptive. Good option if you want to expend an extra for convenience.

Great location. The staff were friendly, as was everyone in the neighborhood as well. Room was larger than expected. Various eateries for our liking close - a pub and a breakfast place.

The air conditioning was very unstable loud, up and down with the temperature. The sink was loud and leaking, the sink kept getting stopped up. Also the noise of the train every morning and every night.What a shame to spend that kind of money. We will not be back to this hotel. Really a terrible experience. Some of the front desk were helpful. We will be calling corporate.

The hotel, especially the halls and elevators reeked of weed. It was so strong and unbearable. The whole experience felt grimy. I had called ahead and asked if our room would be ready by chance, and they assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. Fast forward, and a worker acted like it was outlandish to ask to check in 2 hours early. Valet was nice but slow at times. The room felt cleaned to the bare minimum and again, felt grimy. The hotel store was near empty.

Overall it was good for the price. Good location and friendly staff. However the washer/dryer was an issue. Two washers but only one was working. You guys need to invest in this amenity.
