It had a big parking lot, farther away from all the busy traffic, everyone was friendly, I like the security of having to scan your room card to go from the lobby made me feel safer. My kids loved the pool, the breakfast was great loved that fresh food was brought out through out for the people who didn’t wake up right at 6am. It was overall a really great place to stay definitely would stay again. Also the property was only 30 minutes from downtown Chicago which was why we were there. Nothing

We love this hotel! The location is great with the airport shuttle and the airport courtyard has a lot of options in walking distance so we never have to rent a car. The rooms are great, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic hotel breakfast but the hotel has a lot of seating options for a couple. N/A

Comfy room, spacious with the couch area. Good amount of usb ports for charging devices. It was a nice breakfast and cool that you serve Starbucks for purchase! The staff were kind but not quick to seek out to help you.

The location was perfect for flying into and out of MDW. The staff was lovely, and the facilities were great. There are no complaints.

The breakfast was good. The room had plenty of room for my family. The pool looked dirty. I wish they offered complimentary coffee and tea in the lounge all day till at least 8 or 9pm
