The breakfast service was poor, as several food items were not replenished 30 minutes before the scheduled closing time. When we asked a staff member if the items could be refilled, she refused and stated that it was too close to closing time. It happened every single morning during the stay We were also surprised to discover a $30 per day parking charge that was not clearly communicated at check-in. This important detail was missed during the booking process, and had we known about this fee in advance, we would have chosen a different hotel. We attempted to use the pool several times during our stay, but it was always closed. It wasn’t until our third day—the morning of our check-out—that a maintenance employee finally opened it around 9:00 a.m. To make matters worse, the front desk staff did not seem interested in addressing our concerns and appeared more focused on arguing than resolving the issues we raised. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.

Great Breakfast. Supplied Kitchen

Location, staffing, amenities Last minute deposit charges, not enough bedding sheets/pillows for sofa bed. Room was a bit outdated.

Wasn’t too big so it felt quite homely. Great pool, which was a bonus. Pool towels provided. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff super helpful. Room was a little tired but adequate for our 1 night stay.

Staff were very knowledgeable and respectful. Anxious to help

Our room was clean. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast had a large fresh assortment. Checking and checkout was very easy. Shuttle from and to Chicago O'Hare airport was on-time. Departing the hotel on the top of the hour and on the 1/2 hr. Less than 1/2 hr to arrive at the airport.

The rooms need to be cleaned and confirmation that all accommodations offered are available and properly maintained
-
Very good place to stay at. Family all loved the suites with 2 bedroom.
-
Good suite for a family of 4, spacious living room and kitchen, 2 comfortable bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Wish there was cleaning every day and that early check-in was guaranteed.

We had ants in 222. The pool area was surrounded by harassing people who were not staying at the hotel.

Breakfast All good

Clean, large room. Shuttle is available to O’hare. The lock was broken in the room, not be able to use water until 6pm because under the construction ( the receptionist didn’t mention us at all when we checked in). No ice bucket and bed sheets for pull out bed so we went to ask at the desk. The receptionist was grumpy and rude. Gave us sheets and ice in the plastic laundry bag. Same time she was yelling a customer on the phone.

Room smelled like fish but it was otherwise decent. Would stay again if going to another concert at All-State arena. Would be better if parking was included in the price.

Close to O’ Hare airport The facility was old, the bathtub was not draining well because of stucked hairs from previous guest. I had to clean the drain first. After that the water could flow smoothly. There were two ants in my room and some tiles were loose on the floor. I has no dishsoap to was the used dish. Only using the dishwasher but for a mug and two plates I think it was an overkill. In addition the shut off the water on the Monday for the whole day. We haven’t receive any bottle water for free. I was in room 302
