We had to leave early for an early flight so we did not have breakfast. The location was great and close to the airport. They also were walking distance (across the street) to some nice restaurants.

Location.

Typical airport hotel. Busy with people coming and going. You can hear through the walls and there was quite a bit of plane noise. Overall, though, a fine stay and very convenient to visit Allstate Arena.

Online check in was nice option. Breakfast was basic, but fine. Great location to Allstate Arena. Our room was not prepared properly. No towels or soap and our room door was wide open upon arriving to it. I think housekeeping staff started cleaning our room, but never finished. Halls and stairwell were very musty smelling.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The check-in process was smooth. I also appreciated the availability of transportation to the airport and friendliness of th driver. There were a few minor areas that could be improved, such as updating some of the facilities and offering more breakfast options. However, these did not significantly affect my stay. And initially i was not communicated to that i needed to reserve for a shuttle and when i was ready to leave. I was informed i needed a ticket. And that delayed me because i had to wait another hour.

Sparse, no one except guests cleaning up. Walked into a room with a giant tissue on the floor.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are undergoing what looks to be a major renovation. We were there one night and the room was ok. It could have been a little cleaner and fresh, but for one night due to a flight cancelation it was ok, but it was way overpriced! We had to catch an early flight, so breakfast wasn't even served yet. Was hoping to at least get some coffee, but they didn't have that out either. Needed a bottle of water and there was none in the cooler, so I asked. He went and got some, but it wasn't cool at all and it was overpriced for a bottle they probably got at Sam's or Costco.

Second they put me in a room with broken AC. Since I was late getting back and I had plans that took me out of the hotel right upon arrival, I didn’t realize this until I returned around 8:00pm. The front desk person did assign me a new room; but, I had to repack all my items and learned that he knew there were AC problems in the area of that previous room; but, thought they had been fixed. Lastly, my tv remote did not work. I called the front desk twice and was told maintenance was in their way. They never showed. The only thing good I can say (and the reason I gave two stars) is that the bed and room was clean and comfy and the fitness equipment and space were good. The breakfast was awful with all fake, highly processed convenience foods. Also, airplanes fly directly over the hotel all day and the traffic noise is terrible. I spoke with a manager upon checkout and he said that was nothing he could do to compensate me for all the inconveniences since I booked my room through Expedia.
