Decent hotel. The breakfast buffet was way below standards, and poorly attended. I've had better breakfasts in lower tier hotels.

The rooms where clean and the employees where nice

Very attractive and comfortable room, except that the towels were so high up that I could not reach them to take a shower. When we arrived, we asked for a handicapped room, and they offered us one at an additional $80 a night, which we refused. I always thought it was against the law to charge more for a handicapped room than a regular one. We were unable to take the shuttle due to our infirmities, due to the high steps into the van and had to take an uber at our own expense.

Everything was amazing! Rooms were super clean!

The only complain is that there were only three items available to order at the restaurant.

Location is across from some good restaurant options. Obviously it's loud with being adjacent to the airport. Our room lacked heat so we had an unpleasant stay because of how cold we were.
-
Walking distance to Rosemont Horizon, comfortable beds, good breakfast Airplane noise (can't be helped), bathroom could use some re-grouting/caulking

Right by the airport and planes fly right over but very quite.

Free shuttle to the airport, great breakfast. The room had no safe.

DO NOT book if you are counting on the shuttle! The hotel wasn’t bad, good breakfast, nice rooms, but we booked for a layover and specifically chose a hotel with a shuttle. This one ends at 10:3O however the Hyatt is not his primary priority and that was evident. They use an outside company and he didn’t show to the terminal for his last two 40 min slots. Eventually after enough calls the hotel comped our taxi however I called earlier in the day and 2x while waiting 1.5 hours on the loading dock for the shuttle who mysteriously never came. When we tried to talk to staff they just offered to sign us up for the Hyatt rewards which gives you a free stay but not an actual discount or condolences. Also we scheduled our return shuttle when we checked in and when it came he told us it was too full we couldn’t fit. He filled up at his first stop. THE SHUTTLE IS A JOKE and I would not count on it, and staff had a not my problem mentality about it because it’s an outside company.

Enjoyed the stay. We were about five minutes from car rental return. A lot of food options close to hotel

call a restaurant. Only a few items on the very limited menu were available and all service was at the bar. The breakfast was the usual hotel fare. Staff was great.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was hot and fresh. The staff was helpful when needed. We would stay here again. The staff at the desk was obviously training, which we could tell. But he almost forgot a few things. It was good that he had someone watching over though to guide him. One thing that would be helpful, is if they told where the elevators were:) They were kind of hidden, but we found them!
