Sheraton Suites Chicago O'Hare

The service personnel were wonderful up to and including taking photos of guests at their request. The rooms were extraordinarily large and well appointed. Our flight arrived super early in the morning and we were allowed to check in earlier than reservation time. The convenience to rental cars and the airport were superb. The price point was competitive to much smaller hotels. I will stay at Sheraton once again when visiting Chicago.

Very spacious room and an excellent stay. Each suite has its own living room separate from an oversized bedroom while there are big screen tvs in each. Perfect for travelers who need space to spread out, relax, unwind. Airport shuttle was super convenient, and to top it all off the workout room was impressive with numerous high end cardio options, machine and free weights, and plenty of room. Lastly, bar and courtyard downstairs were very aesthetically pleasing.

Spacious I could not take a shower because the handicapped room has a bath ,not a shower

I liked the room and the breakfast. Breakfast was convenient and there are options if you don't want the buffet. The location is close to the airport and even closer to the rental car return. The rooms are in desperate need of updating and the hotel carpets could use some deep cleaning or replacing.

I stayed for a short amount of time and the staff was really nice and friendly. Especially when an error occurred on my credit statement and they were quick to find the issue. The food is good and there different options

From the Airport Shuttle Staff to Front desk staff to the Restaurant Bar staff, our trip was amazing. Great location to the airport and vehicle rentals. Great proximity to food and sights. Our stay at this location was amazing. Only thing that would have topped it off was a pool!!!! Thank you so much for making my husband’s graduation weekend one to remember!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was close to the airport and short driving distance to dining and shopping. There is a restaurant/bar on site in case you don't want to leave the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean and staff was great. My only complaint is the $39 a night parking fees. It is just crazy to me to pay to park at a hotel I am staying at then it was self-parking at that. They really need to do away with that fee.

The rooms are extra large and the sofa is nice. Bed was ok and the pillows were great. The phone in my room didn't work, and the website for room service didn't work. I had to take the elevator down to order room service, which kind of defeats the purpose. There were dirty plastic cups left in the room that smelled like beer.

The rooms were great nice and clean the hotel was beautiful loved it only wish the rooms had microwave and the restaurant were a little cheaper

One of the lamps in the living room did not work-light bulb? Neither of the two remote controls for the TVs worked-batteries? The lights on the buttons on the elevator did not light up-never knew where I was headed. The shuttle to the airport was convenient.

The room was very clean and the staff was nice.

So will I ever use you again, the answer will be no. Hotel , will definitely use them again.

Close to airport None

Although the drive to downtown was approximately 40 minutes, the comfort and quality of the hotel made it well worth it. The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The on-site restaurant offered reasonably priced meals, and the drinks were excellent. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
