Very good

Appropriate for our nightly stay. Clean, comfortable and supplied what we needed. Nothing for a one night stay. The breakfast selection could have been better but that is minor.

Comfortable beds Internet trash in all rooms whether it’s king or queen, if you have data you’ll be good.

The property itself was fine, and the staff were nice. There was dog poop in the hallway as we were walking to our room after we checked in at 1:30am and I stepped in it and rolled my bag through the pile on poop. It caused us to be up for another hour after we got in our room cleaning the suitcase and my shoe. Our room and the hallway smelled like dog poop for the rest of the night and into the morning. It was finally cleaned up at about 9:30am the following morning, but it made our stay after an incredibly long day of travel really frustrating.

Location Breakfast ,Internet and Services.

Breakfast was good, very convenient location, affordable, courteous and helpful staff, and quite a comfortable bed. The laundry machine wasn't working properly and it really caused me some trouble in my traveling plans. Also the gym seemed quite limited I would have liked to see some more equipment for leg exercises.

Doesn’t offer airport shuttle but advertised as it does, no pen or pad to write, bathroom below standard marijuana smell everyever , breakfast was almost very minimum, exercise room with multiple machines no power As above

It's really bad because the staff there is really bad, this guy who worked late on the evening of 06.13.2026. This guy doesn't know how to work with people, he's very rude, he didn't even let me check in, to sort out the situation,,,

Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. I was pleasantly surprised as I think the review score is lower than it deserves from my experience. The bones of the building may be a bit old but all the fixtures were good, nice sheets, towels, toiletries etc. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room much appreciated though i loathe all the individually wrapped disposables. Breakfast was typical of American hotel chains (so in my opinion a great example of why so many Americans are obese - everything is ultra processed with sugar added). They should display ingredients and potential allergens prominently, the breakfast attendant couldn’t really answer whether there was any wheat in the sausages for example. The fitness centre was small with very old equipment, no floor mat for doing Pilates, only very lightweight dumbbells. Prices in Chicago seem to be extremely high so hard to say whether it was good value for money as everywhere cost so much, but I didn’t regret staying there over another option.

This is not a customer oriented facility, they are going through a renovation and some things are not working, like WiFi, and they don’t reply to messages on the app.
-
It had just been refurbished after a two year closing and had just opened. Everything was very fresh. The breakfast is a carb fest with the offer of a container of yogurt for protein. No fruit, no eggs. No decaf coffee.

Good location for simple travel.

Front desk is helpful. Gave extra towels, offered stay over service

The room was very clean, and the mattress was quite comfortable. It was quiet at night. The check-in, especially after a long flight from Europe, was smooth, and wifi worked fine. Hot water in the shower worked great. Breakfast could have had some fresh fruit or unsweetened/plain yogurt as well I but did like the variety of options which were plentiful!

Good value . We used the airport transit system to get to terminal 2 where we caught the train into downtown Chicago. In a city that’s typically expensive to stay in we were pleased to find affordable clean accomodation at this establishment. Complementary breakfast was basic but adequate. Staff were friendly our room had everything we needed.
