If you want to be right in downtown the location is perfect , however, there are other parts of the city that are more fun to be , specially in the weekends

So classy and nice. Favorite part was the Grill on 21, food was divine! Only thing I didn’t like was my room was at the very end of the hall, but that’s going to happen from time to time.

The room was very nice. We stayed two nights but the cleaning crew never made up the room. For an expensive room the room should be made up daily and towels restocked. Also the valet cost is outrageous. It’s predatory and abusive. $88 to valet a car each night. Really gross.

The LaSalle is a beautifully appointed boutique hotel in the Chicago Loop. Rooms are spacious and clean with contemporary decor. The hotel lobby is plush and comfortable and presents as a cozy/luxe vibe. Staff is friendly and attentive and the food in the restaurant/bar area is delicious. Location is great for walking to popular sites at the lakefront such as Grant Park, Millennium Park and the Art Institute.

My power went out twice… I called to have them fix it on Friday and they did not- 5 hours later I had to go to desk… they sent a very nice man up to fix it. Then on Saturday trying to blow dry my hair , blow dryer was broken, power went out again . Called them they fixed it quickly and then when I asked for 1 1/2 hours later late check out on Mothers Day they said no…

This hotel is amazing! The views were awesome, staff were super supportive and friendly, and the food at Grille 21 was awesome. It’s also conveniently located around several places to shop and eat.

It was beautiful, comfortable, location was also nice but the banks all around did disrupt GPS a lot (not the hotels fault). The staff is very friendly and nice, had breakfast at the hotel and it was great. Unfortunately parking is hard and expensive to come by, I ended up having to valet park. The valet parking was excellent and very fast every time, it’s just an added expense to keep in mind because of the location.

I was a little disappointed my ‘city view’ room overlooked a rooftop, I think I could’ve downgraded and gotten an equally luxurious room. Didn’t affect the overall experience!

This is now my forever go to hotel for Chicago.
