Room was cozy and clean. Amazing shower. Staff was very kind, especially Lawrence and the valet gentleman. Great place to stay if you’re going to the ball park across the way. Was the perfect walking distance for my kids without them being exhausted or tired.

Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.

The Moxy is updated and close to Great American Ballpark. Our room was clean and well supplied. However, the only downside were the stairs from the bed area to the bathroom. No problems were experienced, however, I feel the steps could be dangerous when making a midnight bathroom trip, especially for older people. Also, it was quite noisy overnight due to the unavoidable highway traffic. Overall, our experience was good, just those few caveats. We would definitely stay at The Moxy again, just request a room with no steps to the bathroom.

Very nice hotel. Close to the stadiums. Lots of lounge areas. Free drinks on check in. Only hiccup was the bathroom shower- the tile is opaque and can be seen in the bedroom. Not a big deal for us- but could be awkward depending on who you share a room with.

Didn't have breakfast. More of a selection of snacks in the food area by bar.
-
There was frosted glass in the shower that my son and I had to deal with in our room and no way to cover it from the other while we showered. Also the cold water in the sink did not work at all along with no refrigerator in the room.

The breakfast was pitiful The ambiance. Very much a party vibe, not suitable for a family traveling with kids.

Wish room had usb ports or wireless chargers.

Loved the style and cleanliness and how helpful the staff was ! We had a room with 2 bunk beds and I was looking so forward to being on one of the top bunks but !! The way the ladder is designed to climb up , makes it very difficult to climb up to the top! It’s a straight up not slanted ladder and you have to turn to the right to grab the bed safety guard which is difficult to do as you’re trying to pull yourself to the top ! Bad design especially because these are pretty high up ! The room had lack of seating actually none at all and no side tables which made it difficult for two of us who require cpap machines ! Music in the main hang out areas was a bit loud but we did find a sort of conference room which was quiet! I would go back but would choose a different room ! It’s a VERY cool place to stay ! Just be mindful of which room you choose based on your needs

Nice place but service inconsistent. When we arrived we were told that food was available at the bar. By a bartender. Later that night we sat down to order food and a different bartender told us they didn't take food orders. About 15 minutes later another person at the bar had food delivered to them by the kitchen.

Very unique, fun, and enjoyed the stay!

Wasn’t aware of $40 overnight valet fee as part of my planning but other than that this is such a cool experience stay

There was no bar inroom. No complementary bottles of water. The system was down then we arrived. The staff did supply free drinks from the bar and were very accommodating. The entire place is understaffed. One ply bathroom tissue. No USB plugs in the room for phone charging. Sparse amenities. Rooftop bar is nice but also understaffed. Valet understaffed.

We booked with our 19 year old son for the night to come to a graduation. Wasnt aware the shower wall was see through to the room. Couldn't take showers unless we left the room. Asked staff if all rooms were that way and said yes. Why in the world would they install it with double beds. At lease hang a curtain you can close!

Although we are probably older than the average client at the Moxy, we do appreciate modern and younger feeling accommodations. The check in process was easy, and employee very nice. The location of check in is at the bar... the music was so loud we could not hear the staff that was us checking in. Hotel in general was not as clean as we would have liked - rooftop bar cushions worn and some dirty, bathroom floor sticky in room. TV reception was poor. For the price it did not hit our marker of satisfactory.

Artsy place with plenty of character. A beautiful shower with electric control panel. Best hotel gym I’ve been to. Minor improvements needed: no refrigerator in the room. Waited too long for front desk service. Despite this, still 5/5 stars.

Decorated nicely, good location No refrigerator, no microwave, no closet, no desk. Rooftop bar is closed on Sunday and Monday.
