I loved the art deco style of the dining room.

We checked in suuuper late (check-in was at 4pm, we didn't get there until well after 10:30pm). The staff was friendly and helpful on how to get to our rooms and everything. We didn't use much of the amenities, but we did use the fridge. My only note was that the fridge was leaking water all over the inside of the cabinet. That said, it still kept our small refrigerated items cool until the next day, so it still worked. Came into the room at a chilly 64degrees which I absolutely LOVED! I was really hoping to get to use the pool, but maybe next time. Check-out was easy, and had no problems!

You could tell that the hotel was really beautiful in it's prime. But the rooms were outdated and in need of attention. In our room, the desk lamp's shade was very torn, the shower faucet dripped, the tub floor had obviously been repaired, but not well, among other things. The room was quite large, and the beds were comfortable. It was clean. We didn't try the hotel restaurant, so I can't speak to that. The front desk staff was nice. Overall, the stay was fine. If I were to come back to the area, I'd be willing to stay again, but I'd probably consider other options.

Breakfast buffet is $25. Valet parking is $40+ dollars. Use parking garage.

This is an older ornate Hotel. Online it looked impressive- in person, not so much. The lobby was clean and the front desk staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. It was a busy weekend in Cinci and with the Hilton location- it was hopping, but the elevators were not so much. Long waits. The room was less than desirable. There was water damage on the ceiling and the small bathroom smelled like body odor. The beds were soft but I slept fine. We cranked up the ac to help filter the odor… it helped a little. We grabbed lunch in the hotel restaurant. The menu is small but we were impressed with the food. Very good for fair price. Would I stay here again?.. probably not.

Was a cute historic hotel. Everyone was very kind

Asked for pillows for the pullout couch at 2pm. 4pm. 9pm. Finally tipped a housekeeper and he came through after the kids fell asleep without the pillows. Disappointing.
-
Right in downtown- very convenient location.
-
Beautiful 30’s hotel with the most amazing bar in an opulent setting with live jazz on Saturday night. King suite was great and very affordable.
-
Great Lobby and Bar. The decor and rooms were very dated and needs to be renovated; however the location and price CANNOT be beat. I would definitely stay again.

I love the old style of this hotel. Very helpful staff.

Location

It was beautiful and the room was extremely unique and very spacious. Kind of confusing layout downstairs, but once you get the hang of it, you are good. The staff tried to charge me another $400+ for the room and I had to stop her because I KNEW I had paid. She was apologetic, but thank goodness I caught that otherwise I am sure the refund process would’ve taken days.

I had an unexpected trip out to Cincinnati because my elderly mother went to a trip and got sick and I had to fly out to get her. I took her to stay at this hotel for a day and a half while we waited for our flight to fly out, she rested recuperated and we went downstairs to the restaurant whenever we needed to eat it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful place to stay and we were so grateful for how kind and caring everyone on the staff was.

Great historical property close to many restaurants and sites.

Close to ball park Room not clean after not being able to check in 45 minutes past check in because it was still being cleaned. The check in process being messed up and having to go through the whole ordeal again after we had already been in our room.
