The breakfast was super, more than I expected. Room was spacious and clean, the bed was great. Location great, parking was expensive it was with different company but at the entrance and only have valet parking it was $42.00 the parking personnel good and helpful.

Clean spacious room in downtown Cincinnati. Price was reasonable for location and amenities. Staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast buffet was typical nothing special but nothing remarkable.

From start to finish, this was a wonderful stay. The staff was welcoming, friendly and professional. They breakfast was varied and the staff at breakfast was so attentive. Spacious rooms, extremely clean, and everything worked a We will choose Homewood again.

We love the room. It was very clean, very spacious. Love the morning breakfast. Wasn't happy.We were total.Checkout was at twelve o'clock on the app.But they were knocking at the door at eleven 01 saying, check out was at eleven. Might wanna go on the website and fix that time.

Very good

We really enjoyed the hotel and it was in a great area. We were able to walk to several restaurants for dinner and the Great American Ball Park. We had a large bedroom suite that worked perfectly for my family. My only complaint about the hotel room is there wasn't enough trash cans. With having kitchenette it would have been nice to have a trash can in the kitchen area. We only had one small one in the living room and one in the bathroom. We had to take larger trash items to breakfast to dispose of. We also were charged double for parking. We were charged by the hotel valet and then again by the parking garage. I called the hotel (and am still waiting to hear back) to resolve but ended up doing some research and connecting with the parking garage directly. After providing some receipts and screenshots, they were able to refund my credit card. Overall, we would stay here again.

Location We waited almost 3 hours to check in after arriving at 3pm. Staff was not helpful. Charged me $50 more dollars after trying to checking in at 6 pm for incidentals. Would not give us a room unless we paid the $50. Would not refund any money or help us as we sat in the lobby waiting for our room. Almost missed the ballgame we were there to attend. This was a common problem with all visitors. There were guests in the bathroom getting ready for a wedding due to not having available rooms at check in time. Room did not accommodate what was reserved. Never been so disappointed in a hotel visit.

The room was large and had a full refrigerator, and kitchenette with glasses and dishes. The shower spout was difficult to get to if you have short arms because the door gets in the way. It’s hard to reach without getting cold water on you. Not very well planned! Housekeeping never came to check on towels, trash or coffee , etc I had to go to the front desk several times to refresh my room’s needs. It was a good experience but will not return.

I have stayed there several times and each time the property and room was great.
