Kinley Cincinnati Downtown, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was amazing, my room was great and very clean. Will be staying here again!

The location was perfect for the activities that we had planned. 10/10, we will be coming back!

Buen servicio

We got a last-minute room here and was very happy with the spacious accommodations and friendly folks. Wish we had more time to explore Cincy. Some of the immediate neighborhood was under extreme renovation - but it'll be really nice in a couple years. No parking, no entry way for cars but easy meter parking just down the block.

It had a good hipster vibe and very close to the stadium. The rooms are very small and not super comfortable. We could hear the people next door like they were in our room. Valet took a really long time

The location was great. We walked or used the tram, so convenient and easy. We ate a lot of great meals but did not eat at the hotel. The staff was very helpful with explaining the city and team and getting us glasses. It was expensive but we were downtown so that was expected. Really nothing I didn't like.

The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves!

The room was spotless. The lovely woman at check-in was a delight. Efficient, kind, and took the extra time to point out some of the hotel’s amenities. We will certainly choose this hotel again in the future.

The lack of customer service. Days before check in I realized I made an error and my dates were wrong. I reached out to the hotel and spoke with the front desk. The person I spoke with said he didn’t have the authorization to make an adjustment, but he would have someone call me the next day that could help. No one ever called me back. So my $650 is now gone. I understand if there was nothing that could be done , but you do what you say you will do and call them back , not just ignore your customer and his situation. The customer is the reason a business exists.

The hotel served our needs, however the room was a bit tired and could use some updating - see peeling wallpaper, dusty fixtures, bedside lamps not working, and roughed up walls. Overall, we enjoyed our stay - the property could just use some refreshing. Courteous staff and valet. Thank you.

Friendly staff especially valet. Room rather small. No drink glasses provided? Noisy motorcycles on street most of the night.
