Quality Hotel Conference Center Cincinnati Blue Ash

This place looks and was very spooky. The staff was very helpful in trying to accommodate me and provide me with the necessities that I needed. I needed a handicapped accessible room. There was none available. My room only had two queen size beds, and tv; there were no microwave or refrigerator in my room. There were no hot breakfast only cereal. The place looks like it is going to close for good. Very, very scary and spooky.

I walked in and get into my room (1 of 2 for the family) and to start off there are cigarette burns in the sheets. Right after seeing that I saw rips in the curtain. In the one of the beds there was a wrapper, hairs and yellow stains. One of the room’s smoke detectors was disconnected. And another bed had a comforter stain. None if the rooms had refrigerators. And for those that care, the pool in the main gathering place was empty. It seemed like a ghost town. Not a great experience.

I liked the place. The building itself was a little old but my room was nice and clean. I would stay there again

Looked like a ghost town. Nothing was open or functional. The only amenity that could possibly be used was the fitness center. They shouldn’t charge more than $75 per night until they get the place functional again.

Location This hotel should be shut down. Moldy ceilings, door handles broken, musty smell, and pictures online are completely different than what is in the actual hotel. Most of the hotel is not available, with parts blocked off. When walking in, most lights in the hotel were off. The hotel smelled and was very run down. When walking to the elevator, ceiling tiles were moldy or missing. The elevator compartment door was open and no certificates in the elevator. There is only 1 ice machine on the third floor, which was dirty. When going to our room, we noticed the door handle is very loose hanging from the door. I go to tell the man on duty, and he said that no one will come in the room and to just push the door handel up. I tell him that I do not feel safe with my children having a room where the door handel is broken. I then told him I needed a new room. He did switch the room. The new room also smelled, the air conditioner did not work. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling and the faucets were loose. The beds were very uncomfortable. Despite pictures online that this hotel has a pool, staff said it has been closed for years. There is no hot breakfast. The continental breakfast was stale cereal, oatmeal (no microwave, only add hot water), a gallon of milk, coffee, apple juice, and a few apples. I am shocked that the health department has not completely closed this hotel down. I wish we could have gotten a refund and not stayed here.

Let me start with this booking was last minute for friday Because I needed a place for me and my son to stay for his game on saturday. Given that it was the blue ash area of ohio a pretty affluent area.I figured the hotel must have been at least fairly nice. I also looked at the pictures, and the pictures look like the place was bright, colorful and well maintained. What i got was the opposite. For starters, the entrance to the hotel is not well lit, and there really isn't a sign that points.You directly to it, so I didn't really believe my g.P.S at first, when it told me where I was going, it literally looked like I was turning into nothing. When we did pull on the parking lot, we looked around.There were a few cars but not a lot.There was still enough that we could get a parking spot right up front of the hotel. We checked, inThere was an absolutely nobody in the lobby until we have a pleasant woman greet us. She checked us in and gave us directions to our room. The place looked dated and very dead. I assumed due to night time (11pm) and off season. The hallways were not well lit. We got to the room and loked around. Again very dated look which wasnt a big deal for the until we found other issues. The phone wasnt plugged in, the curtains were ripped and my sons bed had red on the covers which i hope was just a red stain and not blood. (Pulled it off). The shower was luke warm water. And the the breakfast was literally cereal. Expedia should remove this listing.

Will never stay here or encourage anyone else to stay at this facility, everything that it displays on the website is COMPLETELY OPPOSITE of the actual facility. No locking outside doors, our room door wouldn’t lock either, old and very outdated, cold and mildew smell. We literally checked right back out and into a better hotel.

This property needs to be delisted. When we arrived there, there was no single car in the parking lot. The place is dark. The outside landscape seemed like it has been abandoned. There was no front desk person and we waited a couple of minutes. It was so scary. We decided to go somewhere else. Unfortunately, I made prepaid reservations for two nights. The Expedia was only able to give me one day out of two nights. Stay away from this property.

Dilapidated curtains torn towels stained elevator stuck security door unlocked. Would never stay here again

Location. And it was clean. Pool wasn’t opens. No fridge in room, and no ice in any of the ice machines on all floors.

Stay was terrible we only stayed one night and what's worse is Hotels.com won't give me my money back for the two nights I didn't stay even though the manager from the hotel called hotel .com and approved my reanbursment and the representative refused to give me my refund

Filthy, elevator felt like it was hanging by a thread, horrible smell.

The only lady we had contact with was at the front desk and she was very nice. Ivery accommodating. Problem is the hotel needs to shut down. It was probably only eight guests in the entire building that evening. Our room had several dead roaches in the bathroom one of the two TVs wasn’t working. We were remotely placed around the backside of the hotel. I was concerned about security. I didn’t wanna leave my car there overnight. We decided to leave about 830. I called the hotel front desk and told him we were leaving the keys.

N/A The room was not clean and air unit didn’t fully work. Trash was under my bed and hallway was muggy.

Our first impression was that the hotel was deserted. Only very dim lights in the lobby and hallways. Ripped upholstery on lobby furniture. Ceilings with water damage. Stained upholstery in our room. Our room was not at all as described. Had no refrigerator or microwave as in the description. The front desk clerk brought some to our room. Both were damaged - looked like frat house hand me downs. Would not stay here again.

Our door key never worked.We must have been downstairs ten different times, the hotel is literally a maze and huge... None of the ice machines worked, and there was absolutely zero options for breakfast.Just cold cereal, juice and yogurt...
