The staff is very professional and knowledgeable about their work.

Breakfast had a lot of variety although the eggs were not fresh. Quiet AC unit. Good size room. Convenient location. Nice hot shower. When we pulled out the couch for the spare bed, there was a dirty sock and a pill under there.. yuck! Wall area near trashcan, covered in splashes of food/drink on the wall.

The lobby was clean and nicely arranged. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. A wide variety of choices. The grounds needed tending. The room needs a great amount of work. The bed was comfortable. The tile on the bathroom floor had stains that were permanent. The tub surround was cracked and the fixtures in need of replacing. It rained very hard last night and this morning there was water and debris on the windowsill.

The Wingate at Wyndham is conveniently located right across the street from Summit Park in Blue Ash. The hotel is somewhat dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning. This hotel is a perfect spot for a quick 1-2 night stay at a reasonable price.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give it more stars, I would. Diane was a big asset and Amber was great arrange us a ride to the eye clinic. The room was clean. The breakfast was Amazing and did I mention the front desk staff was exceptional.

Rooms smelled of smoke. Stains on the couch. Charged a ridiculous 100 deposit on a 150 room. Do not recommend and will never go back. Over priced and not a well kept property.

Key card for room never worked. Clock which had the charging ports didn't work. The drawer on the night stand wouldn't stay shut and the outside door around the back of the building had a card swipe to get in but it did not work and anyone could just walk in.

I love this hotel! I come to Cincinnati every two weeks for business and just for a night. I always get the single king bed room. the room and bathrooms are always super clean. The bed is also super comfortable and the shower is always nice and hot!

Great price and really clean, the staff was really nice and the pool was also nice. Continental breakfast was a plus for traveling. The only thing I would say is its a little dated.

The room itself was very spacious but the bathroom was very outdated and not well maintained. The shower made a loud squealing sound which was kind of frustrating. The parking lot was full of old goose poop which we had to dodge at every step. I understand that it is natural for animals to do that, however it was clear that no one had bothered to power wash or clean the parking lot in a long time.

Love this hotel! We especially love that it has an office complex behind it where we can safely and easily take a walk to get the kinks out after our long drive.

Sadly the room was very old and dirty. Stuff splattered on the doors and walls. Would not recommend.

We were there for 3 days and never offered any extra towels. We found blood on our sheets and the breakfast was cold, all the juices were out.
