The property was clean inside and out loved the security and that your room key only goes up the the floor you stay on and no other floor. That they didn’t have a private microwave and small personal fridge for the price they offer and you have to ask for utensils. They are not at no one’s reach.

Very clean, very comfy, the staff was beautiful. Always willing to help. The breakfast staff always smiling and being welcoming. The butlers are very helpful. Especially, Connie. She is very warm and sweet if you feel lost at all in any aspect she is very kind

The property was clean and staff was very nice The property had a weird smell, you could hear stuff from other rooms so it was never really quiet. I also wanted to check out late and they charged me half of a night but was only additional 2 hrs which was upsetting.

the breakfast was great, and location was good too, the personal that works there is great!!! add a small fridge on the bedrooms would be so helpful, also the smell of sewer was really strong specially at night, I think you can work on that

The rooms are very small, the elevators are too small. The breakfast was ok. Bigger rooms. They only have twin size beds. Not queen or full size like they advertised
