They could post that the pool is closed. Otherwise excellent all the way. We will be back. Hopefully the pool will be open then.

A/C in room was rigged. TV did not work. Pool was closed. Sink in bathroom was dammaged.

Toilet handle was broken, card keys wouldn't work and had to be let in by staff and if we left our room would not be able to get in. Smelled like Marijuana and was dirty.

Only 'bad' thing was the pool was closed for maintenance.

Rooms had patches smelled like smoke Was so excited about the pool. Said closed for maintenance but all windows were taped up. I’m sure no maintenance was going on. And breakfast should have been marked continental. Just overall disappointed 😔

The location is all. Everything g was broke. We had to wait on front desk lady to open our room every time. Thank goodness she was so kind. Very over worked for one person.

Location was convenient I had to go to the desk twice to get key cards because they did not want to work. The room was very loud. The smoking area is close to the front door and the smoke smell was very strong, there is only one entrance. The sofa in my room was very dirty and stained.

Exactly what I expected

Pool was closed for maintenance. We didn’t need a room key because the door didn’t close. Had to use the deadbolt and hinge lock.

Breakfast was good, staff was very helpful and friendly, room was clean. Property had some signs of wear that needs updating. Pool was closed during my stay for Maintence. Location was good - about 20 min commute to Knoxville

The hotel room was like a mini apartment! The kids loved that! The breakfast wasn't the greatest. Not much to choose from and no hot foods. Just a waffle maker. The coffee was good though.

It was very convenient for us to meet for our semi annual girls get together. Booking.com had charged my card for two double bed, queen rooms and when I got there, they didn’t have my reservation at all. The hotel was completely packed because of the Luke Combs concert. The lady told me if we couldn’t find it. She had no other room to offer. So I showed her multiple emails showing that I had paid for two rooms. What kind of rooms they were in for the one night stay. She finally found us in the system and there was one room available with two queen beds and a pullout couch. Since we had all traveled so far already I took it. Booking.com owes me $134 for half of the bill for a room we did not get. I would like to have feedback from Booking.com on this issue. Also, the shears behind the drapes were just shredded like they were dry rotted.

The pool was down. One reason I choose this hotel. Very disappointing. Then the a/c was broken so had to move to another room after driving 5 hours to get there. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable though.
