Quiet, clean, helpful staff..

We've stayed at Fairfield Inns in the past and had great experiences. This time was fair. There was no clock in the room. The refrigerator was off and it took several hours for it to get cold so we could get our water cold for travel the next day. We were told coffee would be available at 5am the following morning. We left at 5:30am. The lobby was dark, no one at the desk, only a sign indicating to drop our door cards in a basket. No coffee. Decaf only available in the room. We were disappointed in this Fairfield stay.

Very nice stay. Comfortable environment. Safe. Front desk clerk in afternoon is AMAZING! I believe she is the manager? Lady who works the breakfast area is also wonderful. Breakfast had assortment of items. We stayed 2 nights and each AM hot items were different. Rooms comfortable and clean. Quiet. Good night of sleep. Will be back!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, good breakfast and easy parking. Everything was good.

The A/C kept coming on and going off. I didn’t know if the wall thermostat or the thermostat on the unit was the correct control. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

We just stopped to break up a long drive. Very clean hotel with helpful, kind staff and excellent breakfast choices! Would absolutely stay again if we are in the area!

The hotel staff was very friendly. I loved the way the lobby was decorated special for Mother's Day. It was beautiful! The hotel was clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Lack to care and maintenance.

Easy access off I-75. Quiet since it is on a hill above traffic. Gas station nearby to fill up and be ready to go in the morning. Very good restaurant within walking distance.

Room was clean and comfortable. Clean bathroom with large towels. Breakfast was good. Got two twenty dollar charges on my credit card when I checked don't know what for.

Location was good. Room was clean. The TV situation was awful. Tv wouldn’t work then when we finally got it on a channel it would start changing channels by itself. So we gave up and turned it off. Breakfast was meh. Waffle was good, but the eggs were cold, not even room temp. Coffee was also just warm, not hot.

I always stay here because rooms are clean and the hotel smells great (that's my test of a good, well run hotel). Great coffee and helpful staff. Highly recommend. Easy access to everything you need while you're away from home (Walmart right behind the hotel and many good restaurants you can walk to)
