Rooms were clean. Only there to sleep. Didn't have a chance to explore everything they offered

Staff was extremely helpful. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we checked in without our luggage. Staff provided us with all necessities.

Our first room didn't have a working fridge. The second room's bathroom floor was dirty with hair everywhere. When asked to get it cleaned, we were offered to move to yet another room. We refused as we had 8 luggages and were tired from traveling.

6 travelers only 2 towels, front desk was only to give us one more, no hot water, and elevators seemed to not be working!

I loved the comfort of the bed and the wonderful shower. Also the registration staff were so helpful and excellent! Thank you so much The only thing I didn’t like was there are so many Holiday Inns in that area. I had booked an extra night, but alas, it was at the other location. Sad.

Getting extra towels & pillows was easy, they brought to the room. Only issue.... slowest elevators we have ever experienced in the history of elevators. Frustrated everyone in the bldg.

The room lack bath towels and coffee in room 205. I have never stay in any Holiday Inn so bad 👎

It was very convenient to the airport, but the rooms had a unique smell when you first entered, and we found air on the floor in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast I had turkey sausage, which was a great alternative.

Staff was very welcoming. Some of the pillow covers had an odor to them and the elevator is a bit slow.
