Just overall a horrible experience for my employee.

Did not stay there and attempting to get a refund. Sorry for the poor review but the property definitely needs some attention.

Our room was very run down. Paint peeling, refrigerator rattled and made noise all night, no fan in the bathroom. Website showed a nice pool and hot tub, it hasn't been in use for years. We were very disappointed! This property should be avoided!

Slept in a hot ass room the first night cause ac wasn’t working and there was also German cockroaches in there and so we got offered a new room
-
It is close to Air Force college and as well not to far from my favorite spot the garden of the gods which is peaceful and relaxing

Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful; the men on weekday duty and one woman on overnight front desk duty were kind and helpful. The lobby was nice. However, positives ended once we got in the elevator to our room. The elevator floor was in need of repair (flooring was duct-taped down). While our room on the top floor seemed pest-free and towels and bedding appeared clean, the room was otherwise in poor repair and didn't have much other than soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. One bed was broken and separating from the headboard. Other furnishings needed replacing/cleaning. Walls, carpeting, and curtains were damaged or badly worn. Wi-Fi service (which we needed) either didn't work or was spotty at best. We were glad the room's AC worked; it was a very warm weekend when we stayed there. The property's pool was closed for repair and there was only one small ice machine on the 1st floor (a big inconvenience). Daily breakfast service was acceptable, but food selections were very limited; you need to bring your own if you have dietary issues. The most annoying thing was that while we paid for our entire stay the first night, we had to keep getting our keys reprogrammed to access our room every day (we stayed for 3 nights). If you need a super-cheap hotel to stay at in this area, it's okay, but go someplace else if you want more.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, however this hotel is infested with roaches like I've never seen. They were coming out of the walls.
-
The pictures on website aren’t current the rooms are outdated, broken matched used furniture, wires hanging out of wall. This is not fit for human use.

Our room was available early, as we were able to arrive earlier than we had projected. Breakfast was fine. Staff was courteous and attentive.

The overall condition of the hotel was completely misrepresented compared to what is advertised online. The pool—listed as an amenity—was not functional and appeared neglected and unusable. We had booked two rooms for our family, including children and parents, and the conditions in both rooms were deeply concerning: Strong weed odor throughout the rooms Dirty, foul-smelling carpets and overall unclean environment Unclean beds with evidence of bed bugs, which is a serious health and hygiene issue Additionally, the included breakfast was poorly managed. Most items were already finished, and there were no fruits or basic options available, which again does not match what was advertised. To make matters worse, when I raised these concerns and requested an incident report to formally document the issue, I was informed that no such system exists. This lack of accountability is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience reflects not just poor service but a complete failure to meet basic hospitality and safety standards. Given the severity of these issues—including hygiene concerns, misrepresentation, and lack of proper escalation process—I am requesting a full refund for this stay.

The facility was run down and not updated at all. Almost all the furniture was stained and written on. You can tell that they are just keeping the place from falling apart but not really trying to keep it nice. The pool shouldn't be advertised as it's permanently closed. The staff were great. Very sweet and helpful. The area was close to everything but a little sketchy. Overall it's fine if you're in a bind but it's nothing great.

The bathtub was broken and the repair was ugly. They don't have hairdryer in the room, the fridge's outlet doesn't have a cover outlet. And the pool looks so bad, low maintenance.
-
Air conditioning was effective but did not have mountain view

Booked for 5 people only got 3 bath towels 2 washcloths when I asked for more because we had 5 people the lady said have to bring the dirty ones back first... I get that but 5 people and 3 towels. She kept repeating herself have to bring dirty ones back first. This was on the first day so we just went to the good old Walmart and got towels and washcloths.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
-
Definitely a wonderful place. The staff was easy to work with and so kind, breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful and very clean… it was a great experience overall!
-
The biscuits and gravy at breakfast and the room setup to be like a sitting room and then the bedroom. No cooking station at all, safe was non usable and the manager seemed super sketchy and unprofessional. You could tell there were various illegal activities happening all around. No screens in huge first floor windows either.

Bathrooms had mold on the ceiling
