A great location with a super comfortable room and beds. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage, cereal, and more.

So glad I booked this location as a result of a cancelation from The Garden of the Gods location received POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE before my stay even began. Even though It was a one night stay I was very Satisfied With my experience so much I'll book my stay here every time I revisit Colorado Springs

Convenient, quiet and nice staff
-
There was nowhere to hang a bath towel for use the next day. Mini fridge was broke and they replaced it but the new one was noisy. Carpet was torn where it went up the wall. All furniture was scuffed. Lamp was broken. Bed was good.

Friendly staff
-
Was not clean and appeared to have illicit activity at it that was dangerous and unsafe for guest. When brought to night clerks attention she seemed aggravated and incapable of acting professional or remedying the situation.

Needless to say I will never stay in a La Quinta Hotel again.

Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and a large store within walking distance. We had a great stay. My only comment would be regarding the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom shower. They are fixed on the wall and refilled. The scents were woodsy and masculine. Personally, I would have preferred individual amenities with a more neutal fragrance.

The staff treated us like family, not customers, especially the housekeeping manager, she was awesome. It was a quiet, clean, calm atmosphere. The breakfast was tasty & there was a variety of food to choose from & there was enough to go around to get full. I would recommend this property to others for their stay. nothing

Overall, it was an adequate place. You can tell it is an older place but they have tried to keep up. There are questionable people around the area which didn’t make me feel completely safe. My kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool.

The beds were great! No hot tub!:(

Toilets wouldn’t flush. No conditioner, hair dryer or trash can im the room. Elevator was terribly slow. No hot tub. Room was pretty clean & comfortable though.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. However, there was an outlet in my room that had fallen out of the wall. I told the front desk, she said she'd get back to me the next day. They never fixed it. I was in this room for 7 days. It was never fixed. She said they would move me if it wasn't a quick fix. They didnt move me. Luckily my child is old enough that they weren't going to play with it. The toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall as well. The tv was basic cable, no option to even sign into my own netflix or anything. The pool was about 6-8 inches too low when we went down to it. The water was too low to reach the filter which was making an awful noise because there was no water in it! And i told the front desk, the pool wasnt allowing us in for a few days after that, idk if it was locked for maintenance or what. I have no clue if it was fixed after this. We used my friends pool at her apartment after this. I asked for maid service on our third or fourth day on our way out, and they handed me towels and a large garbage bag. As if i work there. So we had to go back up to our room to drop that off. The hot tub looked as though it was filled in. It was covered with a wooden deck looking thing. So no hottub. The parking lot was not in good repair. Trash everywhere.

The location is good to visit the Garden of the Gods, their local Olive Garden was good. Also their breakfast and entry area was nice and spacious but I will not rebook here. I'm sorry but this La Quinta was the worst I've been in within our journey, we stayed in 3 different ones. In three different states. It was a bit run down, there was something on the elevator floor?? I believe they are all pet friendly but this one..I believe local residents must live in. I don't live in the best area where I am from but this was a lot for even me.

For the money, great place to stay. It’s right off I-25, can walk to restaurants and gas stations. An older hotel but clean. Pretty decent free breakfast. Large TV in room, good shower pressure. Comfortable bed. Nice staff. Good parking. Good prices. Small elevator. Candy shop out of almost candies and snacks. Pool area small and not very appealing

Plumbing was not secured, the over all care of the motel was substandard and in need of maintenance. The only good thing was the bed was comfortable.
