Very kid friendly. Staff was very kind and helpful.

David at check in was very welcoming and kind. He explained extra things about the hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. There is ample free parking. It is convenient to downtown, Garden of the Gods and Old Colorado City. I would absolutely stay again.

The staff was amazing! The breakfast burritos were delicious! Overall excellent experience and great for families!

I have stayed in alot of hotel in past years but so far BW was the best plus they have the most amazing breakfast no wonder it was so full .. I will be coming back

Very clean. No issues with anything in the room. Breakfast was fantastic every morning (we stayed 3 nights). Pool was your normal rectangle indoor pool- kids still enjoyed it. A good chunk of the parking lot was on gravel. So if you had to park out there and trek luggage in that was inconvenient and bug to deal with. Breakfast always tasted great but our last day there, Friday, there was an older woman with blonde hair serving behind the line who was extremely hateful to all the guests. Shoving plates at them, rolling her eyes, it made it extremely uncomfortable to ask for anything.

Room was very clean and roomy. Hotel is across the street from food and close to attractions like Garden of the Gods.

Great staff clean easy off on interstate. Food options all around hotel and food in hotel very good.

The room was good, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good every morning. It was reliable and had easy access to a couple of restaurants and a gas station.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great free breakfast with lots of options. Fresh hot coffee available all hours. Close proximity to all the favorite tourist sites such as: Garden of the Gods, Manitou Dwellings, Focus on the Family Headquarters, Flying W Chuckwagon Dinner & Show. Close to lots of dining and gas options.

Front desk staffers were lovely. Room was clean. Breakfast was brown. Swimming pool and surrounding area was so gross I couldn’t bring myself to swim, even though I’d planned to swim with my kids all 3 days. They swam once; both fell - slipping on the scummy floor. Manager deflected - “someone must have brought in and spilled a prohibited liquid”.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and larger than expected. Close to Manitou Springs if you’re doing the incline.

Appreciated the staff, standard room was clean and comfortable, blackout curtain was a plus, and breakfast was a pleasant surprise.
