Overall had a good experience but breakfast was not as expected. The area gets crowded and not very comfortable. Very limited options for items as well.

Lovely big and comfortable rooms. Staff are absolutely miserable here. When we went to check in the woman helping us was so rude. She said we canceled our booking which wasn’t true and made us panic. She didn’t give a shit. When I asked her to look again she found us and that we’d already paid. No apologies for the mistake. The air con units are a joke, so loud that we couldn’t sleep! The hotel is also right on the edge of the interstate so the road noise was bad here. Pool looked lovely in the photos but wasn’t nice in person, sad and dingy and in the parking lot!??? We had no hot water in our room on the second night. Called reception and got told to wait 2 hours because the hotel was full so the hot water had run out lol. At 9pm we called back and they moved us to another room. Again the staff member was so subpar, no apology or care and just handed me the key cards. Breakfast was crap, food was so bland and cheap. Not sure how people eat this sort of food, it’s like plastic!

It was so close to Garden of the Gods.

This hotel has a lot of nice areas to relax, unwind, and chill after a long day of traveling. It was clean. The food/bar area was great and very well staffed and maintained. We have been traveling for two weeks and it had the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed at.

Very clean and comfortable Nothing

Location and cleanliness Bathroom is small
-
Great spacious room but wasn’t enough for 4 (2 kids). Pullout bed wasn’t super comfortable. No microwave in the room but you have access to one in the guest kitchen but you have to go all the way there to use it. There was a weird smell in the guest kitchen. Breakfast was really good. Staff was helpful and responsive.

Everything was great! The check in process could have been smoother and faster. Maybe employees are overworked. Breakfast was amazing. If you your room is facing the highway it would be loud to sleep at night. I had my noise defuser so I was OK.
-
The room was nice, but the breakfast was not edible and there is no additional food service othee than reheated meals. The coffee was nice. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least.

Excellent customer service and very clean.
-
Very clean hotel, pool was a little small but my kids loved it! Overall we would definitely stay here again
-
Breakfast room and layout not good to move people through to get their food.
-
The staff were amazing. Very friendly, compassionate employees that give a great value to this hotel. Can't say I disliked anything

Had reserved many rooms a year in advance and called a few weeks before arriving. Noted in both reservation and phone call we needed our rooms next to each other. We were not even close to each other after check in. Trash cans in room are no bigger than a liter bottle, very inconvenient. Overall nice hotel and would stay again if needed.
