Really great stay! The staff was a delight and the accommodation for early check in and late check out was super helpful. Clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and homemade green chili. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and absolutely loved it. The property is clean and we were welcomed by staff every time we came back to the hotel. They have the best cucumber water in the lobby that we enjoyed so much. Our room was huge and well appointed with a sofa area, fridge and microwave. It’s very quiet and well appointed didn’t hear any noise from our room. They have coffee all the time in the lobby and the breakfast was great with lots of options. The area is centrally located with easy access to I-25. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to the area and staying at this hotel gave us a wonderful 1st impression! All of the staff was helpful and super friendly. Pool & hot tub were well maintained also. It was also a great location. The only con was that the hotel doesn't have balconies. However, most in that area do not have them. Would stay there again.

Good property. No problems .

Amazing stay. Clean, friendly and breakfast was great.
-
Everything was good, only two things I did’t like: the bed (not very comfortable mattress) and the parking lot (spaces too narrow even for small vehicles).
-
Very clean room, and the breakfast was better than expected. Staff running the breakfast were prompt in making sure that the food didn't run out.

Almost everything. We received an email that the facility would try to meet our need for a standard wall outlet on the exterior of the building near a parking space to accommodate our plug-in hybrid. And the night desk clerk directed us to such an outlet, where we were able to plug in the charger. At 11:30 PM I had to go get something from the car and found that the plug had been removed from the socket. I plugged it back in and checked on it at 1:30. It was still plugged in and our car was fully charged in the morning. This is an important, even vital issue, and it's one reason why my score was not a 9 or a 10. The building only had 2 or 3 such exterior outlets. It had a charging station for Tesla EVs. The Prius Prime Plug-in is not an EV. Any standard wall outlet works. All the hotel has to do is add about 6 outlets per each side of the building. This is a very eco-friendly feature and benefits the environment as well as the pocket book. We're staying at another Best Western tonight in Lubbock (Best Western Medical Center) and guess what? No exterior wall outlets at all, anywhere on the building. We can't charge our plug-in hybrid at all tonight, meaning we'll be 8 hours on the road tomorrow using more gasoline and expelling more carbon-based emissions into the atmosphere, while putting more wear and tear on our internal combustion engine. The other issue is that the toilet flush is too weak. The attempt at water conservation is being offset by demands on maintenance staff to constantly handle guest complaints about clogged toilets that don't flush properly. Hotels should have industrial strength flushes. I'm only 5'6" and weigh 158 lbs. If my poop can clog a toilet (no paper was used in the flush), men a foot taller than me and a hundred pounds heavier are surely going to deposit a clogging load whenever they poop in such a weak-flushing commode. Take a poll of all your maintenance staffs and see what they have to say.

Perfect location, super family friendly. Rooms could be bigger

Be careful when using Expedia for reservations. All reservations are non-refundable and when you book at a hotel and it unsatisfactory you will be billed for it and unable to go somewhere else. In this case I had to change reservations and didn’t not see the reminder for this one. I did ask for a refund since I never arrived and was told no.
