Spent four nights here. The breakfast buffet was well stocked. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the front desk staff for indulging our 5-year-old granddaughter in her nightly cookie run.

My wife was bitten by bed bugs. The bathroom did not appear clean. The grab bar in the shower was rusted and the tile was stained below it. The stopper in the tub was broken as well. I was not aware of a parking charge. Had I known this fact ahead of time, I would have parked my car across the street in the public lot. There is a charge for everything at this property.....sorry I forgot about the ice water that I assume was free.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY , EXCEPT THEY CHARGE FOR PARKING AND ITS NOT EVEN A PARKING GARAGE OR VALET
-
Kinda stupid you have to pay $10 to park. There is lots of parking and it’s not in a downtown area or anything like that.

The drapes make it easy to sleep in past sunrise.

I absolutely love everything about this hotel. Location, design, layout, amenities, and most importantly - the staff. The friendliest staff of an hotel I;ve stayed anywhere in the world. I should mention Jill (I think that was her name). We arrived very late - after a 4 hour delay with our airline - and at 2am she was a friendly, helpful, welcome surprise who went overboard to welcome us and help get us settled. Thank you Jill!
-
The hotel itself was okay. The staff at the breakfast buffet were friendly and nice. We checked in on Friday and did not have room service provide new towels, toilet paper, remove garbage, etc. until Monday morning.
-
It was underwhelming. For $200 a night, it was just ok. Sheets had stains on them. Carpet in hallways was a tripping hazard. Room hvac was inconsistent and noisy.
-
Best hotel stay I ever had!
-
Clean rooms and very nice atmosphere to enjoy.
-
Pool was nice, Hot tub was HOT. It was nice to have a Starbucks in the lobby area. Free cookies on check were also a plus. Staff was helpful in getting a few extra towels and glass cups for the room.

Oversized rooms is a plus, great amenities and very clean. Staff extremely polite and helpful with navigating the area.
-
Room was very clean and comfortable, very roomy, hot tub and pool was amazing
-
The room was not serviced for the 3 days we stayed. We had to track down toilet rolls, coffee and towels. No shower curtain and the bathroom fan did not work
-
I enjoyed the stay, there was an issue in the lobby one evening which took a while to resolve that made one night unsettling. I would stay again if I needed to be in the area
-
Staff was rude and wouldn't help
-
Don’t waive your time paying for the view room. It’s nothing but pot shops and buildings. Waste of money!
