Quality Inn Colorado Springs South

The bed was absolutely horrible. Lumpy and incredibly uncomfortable. I don't think I actually got any sleep.

Kim was amazing. She always had a smile on her face and an answer for any questions we might have had. The hot tub was hot and the pool was cool.

Everything about this place was excellent.Very clean from the lobby,parking lot to my room.Breakfast was fresh and maintained throughout the serving.I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean. Everything worked. The location was safe and convenient to downtown Colorado Springs. The breakfast selection was great (different proteins each day). Parking was convenient. All good. I didn't get to use any of the amenities.

Excellent location! Close enough to the highway to easily get on and off, but did not hear the highway noise. Carl's Jr. practically in the same parking lot with Chili's and Fazoli's right across the street! Target and Bath and Body Works across the street, as well! Bathroom counter space is super small making it hard to find a place to put all your things in the bathroom area without putting things on the towel rack over the toilet. Wish it had been somewhat larger.

The breakfast was nice, however, the space to eat is small and it was tough to find a clean table. The showers are extremely narrow compared to any other shower that I’ve showered in. Our room faucet was leaking. I had to have my room key reprogrammed every day while I was there. It was frustrating to get up to your room after a full day of sight seeing only to turn around, go back downstairs, to have my key card activated again. The tables down at breakfast were not cleaned after each person/ family ate. As previously mentioned, the eating area is quite small.

I liked the hours of the pool/ hot tub and the check out time and the warmth of the pool and the continental breakfast! Nothing that I can think of

Location Was able to park outside my window. I travel on a motorcycle and security is important for me.

Comfy bed, clean bathroom, quiet environment. Breakfast buffet had an unusual offering of cinnamon bun flavored waffle mix. I don't normally get waffles. I tried this and it was quite tasty. Right next to the hood. Side gates locked shut and entrance was hard to find. Go through another business parking lot to get there. Was just for one night. If staying longer I would definitely upgrade only because of the neighborhood.

Unwrapping everything used at breakfast is quite time consuming. Every cup, fork, knife, spoon, creamers, syrup, butter, etc.

The pool was a decent size area. The staff was nice and they had a great breakfast spread. Our room smelled a little funky. And I think the mini fridge was leaking cause it was wet in front of there all weekend. The hot tub was more of a warm bath. Honestly the pool was warmer.

Property was clean in a good location with lots of parking.
