The rooms were immaculate, very nice shop for snacks, dining area comfortable. Convenient breakfast and dinner. Food was decent for hotel food. Great hotel.

It was all right…

Sandie was an awesome bartender in the evenings at the bar-grill area. Overall good amenities--average on value when compared to other nearby hotels. Charges for breakfast seemed steep with how much the rooms were, bit staff was friendly and earned their tips. Clean room with no major concerns.

Gal at check in did her job but wasn't very friendly

The staff, especially Felicia the breakfast server. She was efficient, caring and warm to all. The chafing dishes were under heated and not a a healthful temp. The noise level in the halls. Every door shut sounded like an angry slam.

Staff was great. Room lacked caffeinated coffee and toilet malfunctioned. Price is high.

Good location, clean and comfortable Limited dining room, and confusing breakfast plan. Different staff had different directions. Breakfast was included in our booking, but we had to explain each time as they kept bringing a bill.

Clean room grate staff. I did feel the description about the breakfasts was off on Expedia it said breakfasts included and then if you click on it it says "(with a fee)"... i was totally surprised when they walked over with a bill and honestly I've had better breakfasts elsewhere. So that was a big turn off for me.. probably will not be staying again.

Clean, kind, went the extra mile. I felt seen, that they cared.

Breakfast was not offered. I was told it was closed due to the Holidays. But other than that it was wonderful! It was quiet, couldn’t hear the people on either side of us (like most places you can) and the beds were comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!

Rikms were clean and super nice!
