Was a great stay

Very disappointed about my room

Good for a quick and affordable stay! The hotel is older, however, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the towels felt luxurious! Fruited water is offered when you walk in! The hot breakfast was wonderful! The location felt safe! The only true downside is that the coffee could use an upgrade….

Adequate.

The side doors were really not useful. No reentry..Breakfast was yummy. Fresh fruit.waffles,eggs,sausage. Good tasting coffee. The outdoors was very unkempt. We absolutely would stay again. Couldn't use pool i guess some people weren't respectful..Clean rooms.

Just one overnight stay.

Perfect, simple stay near the airport before an early morning flight. Reasonable price.

Not worth the money. The hotel is old, the bathroom ventilation was noisy and couldn’t be turned off, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke in the morning because smoke from outside entered through the hallway and the large gap under the door. When I needed to extend my stay, the hotel offered no help, no apology, and no solution. I had to leave and walk to another hotel. Very disappointing experience. ⭐⭐☆☆☆

My stay was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was disappointing.

We couldn’t get in the building because our key wouldn’t work and then when we got to our room, the TV wouldn’t work then when we went to take a shower, there was no hot water and there was not enough towels in the room and the AC made noise all night and really didn’t get cold in the morning when we left the room to go get breakfast. We could not get back in our room, the key had already been turned off, so it was not a good experience.

Room was clean and the staff was nice. The place is old and run down.

Clean rooms lots of pillows, bad thing was key cards would quit working often

Staff wouldn't let me eat breakfast with everyone else in the same room because I had a service dog. They said it was their manager's policy. I told them that trying to separate us is segregation, and against the federal law protecting service animals and their handlers. I'm a disabled veteran and have had a veteran organization trained service animal for 8 years and know the law inside and out. They still refused to allow me to eat breakfast in the same room as everyone else. I wish they would give me my money back for the stay plus another free night to make up for the troubles.

The staff is horrible here not friendly at all I travel a lot my worst experience with staff 100 deposits that are not mentioned in site when booking

The location is cleaned, but definitely could use a deep clean and better patch work done on it. AC was cold, the room was clean, the linen clean, and the restroom clean. The breakfast was what to be expected; scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, drinks, fruit and muffins. The only think I can say about this is that the room could be better laid out for access to the foods. Unfortunately, standing behind people in order to get around them is never good, since allowing access would help unclutter the area of standing people who are waiting. Parking was ample, and again, the staff was amazing.

Clean room, very comfortable bed.

I stayed multiple times and have been very satisfied with the rooms, amenities and staff. I'll stay again in the future.
