During the night the air conditioner was pretty loud and wouldn't struggle to keep room to a comfy 69. Didn't say anything because is was late when we got there

The staff was courteous and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located and clean. The staff very accommodating. Perfectly fine for overnight stay en route somewhere. We slept well: bed was comfy. Fridge in our room buzzed loudly; fluorescent lighting at entryway; huge bright streetlight glaring in our window (but we did have light-blocking curtains); general lack of architectural character; view of parking lot.

Easy location close to necessities. We forgot to take an item with us and the staff held it until our return trip to pick it up. Very helpful.

No issues

The smell was bad in the hall and room. But the worst concern was that I requested a handicap accessible room. I even called and spoke with the front desk to confirm availability to be told the room was available. Once I checked in and had bags on bed I saw there was no roll up or step in the shower and no rails near the toilet. These features are needed for my husband. We asked for another room but none were available with double beds. We were traveling with our grandkids and needed a 2nd bed.

The staff at our check in was knowledgable, helpful and nice.

We arrived very late and the desk help was very helpful to get us to our room quickly. It was a nice sleep and the breakfast attendant was very helpful in the morning.

The staff was courteous and professional. The room was comfortable however the bed was not as padded as we wish. The the bed.

We were traveling for business and loved the Columbia area so we stayed to check out the Lake Murray area. Every member of the staff was so kind and helpful and went overboard to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Shout out to Shirlina (not sure of spelling) and Amy (NOT Mildred). These ladies are excellent ambassadors of the Marriott brand and deserve all the praise and recognition for their efforts and dedication in serving your customers. Thank you for making us feel at home away from home. We will be back!!
